I read the thread maybe you should have read the gun laws before you made this trade. You are to blame for the screw up. Once again why should he pay to ship your snakes back?

If mr. Kruger had not agreed to a second deal I would agree he is not responsible forthe cost of sending the snakes back but it's been proven he agreed to a second deal which he has not followed through on. The ball is in his court at this point.

Mel Kruger, why did you say the snakes had been sold earlier? Please post evidence (attached in the form of a photograph with some sort of dating item) that they are currently in your possession. Capturing current photographs is generally not a Heraclean labor from my experience. All snakes in one to two photos would be the best way. Not a photo per snake.

He agreed to the second deal which was the snakes he had for one gun. If he doesn't send the gun..then he needs to pay to send my snakes back. Snakes that he was selling already. Everything is posted and clear...we are all repeating the same thing. He has done nothing...not answered any question and...where are the picks Mel?

I think That is the whole problem from the get go Alex assume that he would forget the Jaguar and I would send the gun he would screw me out of it . when that didn't work he is trying to say that it was not part of the deal now . when it was the deal that snake made the deal that's the only reason I wanted the snakes . There is no where in this thread where he agreed to send the Glock for anything other than the original 12 snakes. He agreed to send the 10/22 for 9 of the snakes and a return label for the 2 largest snakes. Alex said send the gun the we will talk about the return. There is no where in the thread where he says he will send the Glock for what he has.

For myself, I did not directly ask Mel this question. Now that I have, whether or not he answers and what his answer is if he does answer helps me to better evaluate the situation.

I cannot, i would have hoped that Alex could provide some definiteve screenshots but on that we still wait.
It could have been a text only agreement which possibly was not saved, I do not know.
The waters are getting pretty murky...

That sounded like the best deal Alex, HOWEVER that is not the agreement of a Glock for the 11 he already had even though it is a deal of a lifetime I unfortunately see no conversation to uphold that deal.
I fact now I dig I find exactly the opposite....

And did you send him money to ship the two snakes back? That was the deal. Remember that counteroffers wipe out the original offer; once you told him to ship first, the original offer was dead and could not be revived.

Look at the dates...that was "at the end of the month" when waiting for the other deal he had to fall through

I feel for you I really do as the whole situation is unfair appearing however without a definite statement that can be posted showing Mr Kruger agreeing to the Glock for 11 snakes deal that now may be a dead end.
Seems like the best course of action right now is to cut your losses, pay for the 11 snakes to be shipped back....IF Mr Kruger still has them of course, an answer we are all waiting for with baited breath
