Oh I'm sure he will reject the idea but for every reasonable idea put on the table that he rejects he just looks like more of a scamming theif. He has quite a few snakes, all it takes to find that out is skimming through his Facebook page, so he really has no reasonable excuse for rejecting that offer even tho we all know he will.

Alex will be out all the shipping expenses but you will only lose the time you've put into caring for the snakes.

What I meant was he was hoping the guns would just be mailed to him, not that a gun dealer would risk anything to help him. Sorry for not wording that more clearly. He knew the laws, that is why he was willing to make such a horrible trade in my opinion.

Considering how thoroughly KK's reputation has been trashed on this thread, I think if he had such a request from BB - asking him to commit a federal felony - it would have been posted by now. That would have been the first thing I posted.

He could have just sold his animals locally instead of shipping them to Arizona.

Sure he could have, but that severely restricts the pool of potential buyers. Low/no demand = lower price (never mind that BB is getting raped on this particular trade). As a real-world example I picked up a cage-aggressive adult female Arabesque boa locally for nothing last summer because her former owner didn't want to ship her. She had non-local buyers willing to pay lined up, but she wasn't comfortable shipping, and couldn't find anyone else close by who was willing to take on a cage-aggressive big snake.

There is something more to this than what is being displayed so far. If either party would nut up and post the entire conversation this would probably be over in just a few minutes. There seems to be some reason why they are not. From Krugers perspective he has no reason to post anything really. He has the guns and snakes. We will probably never know 100% if Kruger would have followed through with his end.

I saw that...no limits to his devastation. Yet this site allows him to do things that are ridiculous. I get an infraction for posting this thread in the wrong section, but he can hand out negative trader ratings that are unmerited and post animals that aren't his for sale.

Maybe I will be speaking out of turn here but things are not going well at all.

Lets forget about ignoring any offers that may have been rejected, lets just try and move on and resolve this mess before it is too late.

What would be so wrong with going right back to square one?

Alex sends the remaining outstanding 12th snake
Mr Kruger sends BOTH guns (Keltec and 10/22) but to the alternative legal shipping address Alex has already provided
That way there are NO boarding costs for the snakes as they are/were Mr Krugers all along and so he would have had to feed them anyways.

Now true, trust is pretty much absent from both sides right now but if Mr Kruger started the paperwork required Alex could see the progress then they would have to agree to shipment dates/details etc.

I know we have gun experts in the house who could maybe expound on this as to how the guns could be sent protecting both parties etc.

I just do not see either Alex or Mr Kruger sending actual money to each other for any other type of resolution that has been discussed so far.

It seems kruger is getting desperate or frustrated though. As he seems to have discovered he cant leave negative karma he is now resorting to posting false negative trader ratings which i will be reporting to admin

I received notification that Mr. Kruger had left me a rating as well and was quite surprised since I've never dealt with him. I did give him a negative karma hit based on one of his posts, so I guess he took offense to that.
When I searched my trader rating I don't see any comment he may have left so I'm assuming it was deleted since he is currently banned.

Well looks like my last post was redundant possibly.
Seems Alex and Mr Kruger are now on their lonesome to resolve this after it appears Mr Kruger has gone and gotten himself banned so we will see no further comments from him in the interim
I am sure his ban is quite deserved .....

So he somehow thinks he is entitled to just KEEP 11 boas for free?
That is only inference I see if he will not keep in contact with you, I mean there is no way he can claim he is trying to work anything out with you at this stage.

I see a LOT of mistakes made on both sides but right now he has 11 boas that do not belong to him, that just makes him a thief in anybodies book.

At this point I would call his local police department and see what they will do. He is refusing any resolution except what he can extort more from, is threatening to sell them all, wants to charge a boarding fee that is completely ridiculous etc. Wouldn't hurt to try.

The PD will tell him that it's a civil issue, not a criminal issue.

IMO requesting a reasonable fee to cover the cost of feeder rodents is not out of line, up until the time he stopped responding to the OP's attempts to resolve this situation. Any costs after that are on him.

Not sure what your point is other then a failed attempt to deflect. There have been quite a few offers made to try to settle this, your just ignoring them only proves that you truly are a theif. Sure Alex made mistakes but at least he has been rational about fixing them. The only offer you have made to settle this has been rediculously greedy. Just because you weren't supposed to pay for the snakes with cash doesn't make not paying for what you received right. You mr kruger are a crook and I will make sure the thousands of friends and acquaintances I have in this industry never do business with you and I hope everyone else reading this does the same. I know it's not going to help you make up for this loss Alex,;zy but remember at some point karma will catch up with Mr kruger and he has a big dose of it due to him.

So I see he is posting my snakes again. No also noticed he is only offering a pellet gun for trade. More than likely, he traded the other guns already. But how's this Mel...ill accept the pellet gun for the trade.
