Kruger you are delusional. You were given hundreds of opportunities to post your side with proof and you never did. Alex posted tons of proof. From everything we have seen there is no doubt that you are a greedy crook and all around bad guy. It's up to you to change people's view of you. Post your proof. I doubt you have any but if you say you've been wrongly judged prove it. Put your big boy panties on and fix things and make Alex whole. I know it's ultimately up to Alex what he accepts to complete this deal but if you send him a $200 gun for thousands of $ worth of snakes you will still in my eyes and many others I'm sure, be a greedy bad guy.

To start this comment, I'm a gecko person. I don't deal with snakes right now, and if I did, I wouldn't personally go for this species. I know neither party, have never spoken to them, had no basis for reputation before reading this thread.

Simply put, I see a man (Alex) who made an initial mistake in not packaging one snake (which he has openly admitted to), was prepared to correct it, but halted when he felt something was off which he has every right to do. He also openly admitted he made a mistake in not checking gun restrictions. On this thread he has made multiple offers that sounded reasonable to me to complete the transaction, apparently taking more and more of a hit against him. On the side of Mel Kruger, what I saw not so much from the original transaction but his comments on here, is that he has made no attempts to come to a middle ground, and in fact piled on to any offer that was made with boarding fees and paying for food. That's not how negotiations work... Instead of getting closer to a middle ground, Mel appears to be pulling to an area that is much further in his favor. I understand Alex not wanting to cooperate on some of these counter offers as they are less in his favor than the offers before.

This is simply my $0.02 on the matter after reading through everything.

I have a few ideas for Alex on how he can go forward but I'm not going to post them here. They won't be as effective if you know what he has up his sleeve! That,s a lot of people you are so happy to display your ignorance and greed to.
Furthermore your command of the English language is dreadfull (maybe irrelevant to this topic).
All you have truly shown anybody here so far is your complete and utter disdain for any morals of normal civilised society ( I realise that is very open to each and own interpretation) and instead displayed all the base actions of a common criminal.

you've turned this deal into a complete nightmare, so tell us Freddy (aka MEL) how keeping the snakes that you agreed on a trade for is not stealing them ?? did you try for just one second placing yourself in the OP's shoes on how you would feel if you had sent the guns first and he did the same and not send a single snake ??

you refuse to respect your end to all proposed counter deals that were all in your favor..
in your mind you just say, OH well i'm keeping them and that's how it is..

-you could send that one gun that he was happy to get against the 11 sankes

-you could send him 500$ like he mentioned somewhere

-you could send them all back and keep the big one you want, her alone will more than compensate your so-called feeding

-you could send the two guns agreed for in the opriginal deal and he could then send that last snake, but no way in hell would anyone trust you by sending it first seeing how much of an ### you've been.

but instead you decide to steal his snakes, and that's ok in your mind and the so called people who support you.. you must be surounded by crooks , because no way in hell would any honest person agree to what you have done. it would be interesting to see these so called people show up here and defend this situation.

You say that we hover on the BOI looking for folks to attack Kruger? This is the FIRST time I have posted on a thread here mire than once. I suppose it makes you feel better to disqualify anyone that doesn't agree with your tactics. To the people that may do business with this creep down the road, please remember how he treated his client in this arrangement. Consider that if ANYTHING goes wrong you may be treated in the same manner.

Learn from this experience and make bank on selling your own animals, then simply buy the guns you want yourself. Do not give him another penny. What if you paid his boarding fee then hits you up with a surprise vet bill or some type of exorbitant packing fee? File a complaint with the NYPD and the Arizona police then get yourself a good lawyer that specializes in online fraud. Sure it's going to cost you more money but what else can you do, he's playing you and is still trying to play you some more.
