    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

This is definately a good start... Keep it up and you may be able to rebuild some of that tarnished reputation. You are trying to do the right thing and that is always a good thing. :thumbsup:

chris contacted me vea email. he said he was going to make things right and also offered to sell me my dragons when he has them . i think it is great that he is trying or at least making an attempt.

See what i said about these BOI threads? They can turn arund RIGHT quick! Not everyone is a BAD GUY. Crap happens, people make mistakes. So long as they are willing to TRY and make things right, thats all anyone can ask for. People deserve a second chance, and the chance to prove themselves.

This makes me Smile. Threads that turn out like this are the BEST! Again, KEEP IT UP! :D
 
NO not send me without paying i would still have to pay what he asks for them but he said he would send them out of good faith and then i would pay him . (but i would never do that ) i pay first ...... ya know i am just putting that part more or less out of my head , can't count on what isnt laid yet . and right now it's just about my money, LIKE I TOLD HIM I WAS VERY DISAPOINTED NOT TO GET MY BEAREDS I WAS UNDER THE UNDERSTANDING THAT THEY COULD THROUGH TRANSLUCENTS .
 
Toni.... haven't you already paid for beardies that have never been shipped? Have you already recieved your payment back? Why would you send more money for beardies? Maybe I am missing something... if so.... please point me in the right direction.

Trying to translate..
I think she paid for beardies.. and is going to get her money back. At a later date when he HAS the beardies that she wants, he will sell them to her, shipping them to her first, with her then paying after she recieves them.
I think that's what she said.
 
ahh.... Ok. For some reason I kept thinking she was gonna be paying for the same beardies twice. That makes sense.

On Sept. 27th, Memnoch made a post on Beardeddragon.org (that has since been removed by the administrator) regarding 11 free beardie babies that he was giving away....the only catch was he was charging $75 shipping per dragon, 1 dragon per order. We thought that was a bit much and believed that the charge was over and above due to trying to get around the $5 charge to advertise in the 'For Sale' forum. He promised Fedex shipping. To make a long story short and without giving info that is privvy to the org, his account has been completely banned.

That's the same type of ploy I've seen people use a lot on Ebay or such sites that don't allow the sale of animals at all....I'll sell you this $10 aquarium for $100, and throw in the (insert snake, lizard, tortoise of choice here) for free....

Folks who do it think they are being clever. I think it's just pretty lame....:rolleyes:

And yeah Theresa....a ways back he had said he'd refund her money, then give her a heck of a good deal on buying babies in the future.
 
Chris, you told me ten days ago that you were going to TRY and give me my money by the end of this week. It's the end of the week and no money or any contact from you to let me know anything either. I talked to Toni and she told me she has recieved no money or contact from you either. Looks like more of the same.
 
Yep he promised me to . he said that he sent me out money on monday but today is saturday and nothing , i did email him and he did not return back. :(
 
as i have set here for the last 45 mins and read this entire thread i have come to the conclusion that, i love the BOI lol.
