Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Everyone has bad times and unfortunate circumstances. Unfortunately, people who are owed money on an animal always seem to be the last one on the priority list. Oh well. Chris' lack of communication seals the deal that he is not to be trusted.
 
I think even if something would have been sent it would have been good . and with even a little at a time it would have been paid off by now. everyone has had bad times . i paid for a funeral . it was pretty horrible but i made sure i owed no one nothing ,i paid for it and no one ever heard about it again. thease are the things that come across us in life . realy no one else cares , but the things they do care about is how we handle ourself and our dealings with others.realy i do think he is young and hasnt realy learned such things yet, he has a bad mouth , bad attitude . and don't care about others

Does this bother anyone else? I mean, Chris misappropriated the funds of people here in this community.

In post # 20 on this thread there is info that his brother got hit and killed in a traffic accident. Supposedly that is where the funds got spent. I had mixed feelings; a death in the family is very sad, yet to spend the money of others here in our community and then delay in repaying even a dollar a week to show good faith is unthinkable.

If Chris actually used those words 'f**king funeral' to refer to the alleged death in his family he is desecrating the memory of his brother, I could never use such a phrase if I were to refer to the funeral of one of my loved ones.
 
yes chris talks that way . i had conversations with him trying to get my money .it realy gets upsetting talking with him at times cause you get the feeling he don't care , and he just wants you to go away. i hope in time he finds this is not a good way to do business. it's funny cause he wanted me to post right away that i got my money but he doesn't care how long this negativity go's on until scott gets paid.
 
Just an update. Still waiting for money. In the meantime, it looks like someone has a new username and peddling their wares under the guise of killerfrogss

Am I to understand that he has changed his name to killerfrogss to get away from his rottem rep?
That would explain why a post of killerfrogss was deleted from the BOI for not signing their full name. After all he would not want it to get out that he changed his name to avoid paying you.
 
Seeing as he's viewing this thread and has been since I was on page one, I'm hoping for a long reply on why his business practices mimic that of...oh say Exxon. You can't tell ppl they will get their $ back at a specific time and then use an excuse to not give it. It isn't the customers problem if YOU have issues, if YOU haven't sold stock you need to sell.Now I'm willing to make a deal, I'm no rich man but I will send your customer their refund if you post the obituary of your brother, and proof of every other excuse you gave these people....if your honest this should be a sweet deal in your situation.

I won't hold my breath though and I'm sure your time in this business is coming to a close.

You be the judge on whether or not killerfrogss is who I think it is. I'm about 99% sure. One look at the writing style was enough for me to make the connection along with the same stuff trying to be sold, location, etc. Someone else actually clued me in and I'm passing along the info.

On another note, shortly after my last post I got an email from Chris wanting to know if I still wanted my money (at the end of this month) or if I'd be willing to wait until March and take baby beardies instead (with a free extra one). Of course I opted for the cash.
 
Yes chris said he had some new eggs . that is always exiting , no mater who it is , and as soon as this is all cleared up i hope he is back on the road to selling again . i hope this happens befor march.
 
It's good that you opted for the money and got out of any further dealings with him. As for the second screen name, I don't know how it's not more obvious it's him.

I'll tell you, he CAN afford to pay the money back, he just doesn't want to. I hope he proves me wrong, but he seems the kind of guy who is happy to hope this will just go away and be forgotten about.
 
Just wanted to post a little bit about Chris,

I've read this whole thing and it sucks that all that happened. I actually had a great experience with Chris. Last Friday, I ordered 4 d. azureus. Got them today, very well packed and all the frogs looked great. He's even going to send me some moss and a brom for free soon. (He sent the free stuff to the wrong person apparently.)

I'm sure he'll come through on the pay back. He even mentioned on Talktothefrog that he's selling his stuff to repay a dragon debt.

all that sounds great . i am very glad you had a good experience. i am sure some has . i offered to sell some apple snales and send the money to scott. i have been paid back one other got what they were suposed to get scott is the last and as far as i beleave he hasnt gotten anything ...........
 
well, he posted that thing about paying the dragon debt on talktothefrog just a few days ago. I was just saying that I think he will eventually pay scott and not just write him off. Hope so anyway.
 
BrendonSC this is not an attack against you brendon,ive been reading this 4 awhile & i just had to chime in. ok here it goes. you say he sold you some items last week, why wouldn't he have sent all/some of the monies owed? has he even contacted this guy? NO. he only paid toni due to the threats of jail...it shouldnt have happened & shouldnt be shrugged off. this type of thing sucks & toooo many people are hoping for the best from some1 who OBVIOUSLY DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO STAND UP & BE A MAN & TAKE CARE OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITY!!! if this had happened to me you can rest assured that internet fraud charges would be filed. PERIOD. i dont get it IF YOU PAID FOR SOMETHING & THE SUPPLIER MISMANAGES (STEALS) HIS(YOUR) MONEY WHY SHOULD ANY1 HAVE TO BE PATIENT OR TAKE THE LOSS ? ok i understand bad times/death in the family (hate to say it,but,did we ever find out if this even happened?) etc. but c'mon dude you took money from trusting customers for animals you stated you didnt have...then not only con them into sending you payments for animals you never send, but become a ghost,then abusive to these same people that you owe money/explanations & most importantly an apology. maybe even ask for forgiveness or give thanx for not making an already tough situation worse via jail time. just my 2 cents... probably not even worth that much.
