    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

LOL, they removed the thread at Talktothe frog. No big surprise though because the mods there won't allow anyone to offend Chris even though they all know and admit that he is a rip off. This time he screwed Mac, someone who actually tried to help him out of all the problems he had already. That site is slowly becoming a garbage hole as well with all the favoritism and retards posting threads in third person like they are frogs. idiots!

i agree that the site has become juvenile. there is an influx of new members now that post ridiculous threads on topics that are in no way amphibian related, and i do agree that user "milkshake" is a joke.

That site is not what it used to be...

Yes, milkshake, houdini, etc. All a bunch of retarded crap now days. It has got so bad that a couple of the mods even said that they basically avoid the site themselves. The mods say no multiple accounts there, but let jennifer the tard girl have as many as she wants. That's the same moron that keeps her frogs in a china cabinet with no substrate or anything...just knick knacks.


Anyhow, back on topic, Menmoch has also not only ripped off josh (who let it slide), and Mac, but he also just got almost $400.00 from someone else on FatFrogs, and just disappeared on them. I just sent the guy the links to this thread as well as the other one on Memnoch. Like Mac said...he doesn't mind bragging about the hookers and the cocaine, but then he never has money to refund those thathe has ripped off. He is a 100% total scumbag dope fiend.
 
Just want to post that the Mods at Talkto.thefrog have banned Chis Sulver (aka Memnoch) We do not in any way condone the manner for which he has done business. Nor have we protected him in the past. The information is out there for all to see what kind of practice he has...We simply did not wish to be involed. Unfortunately, IT was made impossible to stay neutral.

You all are welcome to your opinions about the site...I ask that you see that a few bad eggs do not encompass the whole. Pfft! What a joke. This coming from a mod that doesn't even have any frogs. You might not have protected him, but you let him continue to sell to people that were new, and even deleted the old threads that bashed him for ripping people off. Of course by "you" I mean the mods in general on that site. (one of the other mods mentioned it)

At any rate, the coke head just got to someone else in Oklahoma for $300.00 from Dendro.
 
We do have 2 mods that currently are not keeping frogs due to life happening, But I am not one of them.

I actually keep over 25 frogs at present. WHites, Canyons, Cubans, Foamnest, Emerald Eyes, and Pacific treefrogs... I have been keeping frogs for 12 years.

You really should know who you are talking to or about before you spout out ignorantly.

Your Comment about his Coke Fingernail is one of the very reason posts were deleted on theFrog...It is a personal attack , which is a violation of the rules.

Additionally, theFrog Cannot be held responsible for the actions of people who failed to research the seller...when there is the wealth of information on the web regarding his poor business practices...INCLUDING this very informative thread...I am Glad to have the BOI to turn to before sending anyone money.

and why was chris allowed to bash so many for so long ? i feel he was just getting back a little that he handed out . if you read his posts they were a lot worse then some of what was given to him . he was a horrible person but it was allowed by him . he spirt out things from his mouth like the b word and worse.to many women and lies well !!!. he lied about one he would say anything any lie as he did when he said his brother died so he kept our money , then it was his father . who was he to say what i have or don't . he called women the worst things imaginable but this was also allowed . things agenst chris? well for a long long time his comments were allowed. and why was this ? chris needed to be stopped way before this whole thing went this far , it seems like some of the moderators went after the ones he hurt and the ones that stood behind them , and also to say it is up to the ones to reserch a person befor buying from them . well that also goes both ways . why did not the moderaters reserch chriss befor scolding the ones that shot back . i think the original coments should have been reserched and the one that made them be scolded not the ones that shot back . and as for fauna i spent a lot of money befor my brush with chris, now i spend nothing , the ones that sell should be removed right away after two bad deals . they cost fauna sales if people get run over on fauna how many times do you think they are doing to go down that same road ? and if not for the ones that stood up for us. we would not have gotten our money back .

First of all, one is responsible for one's own words here whether one is 'shooting back' or not. If someone is ugly to you, that is not license for you to do the same.

As far as removing bad dealers, everyone has their own viewpoint and it is not appropriate to foist the requirement to judge a dealer on anyone else. If people would research the BOI prior to making deals, they can make their own decisions and not depend on anyone else's opinion.

We can and do stand up for each other, but as they say, an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. After reading this thread, I certainly wouldn't do business with Chris....
 
but i do feel that if someone feels they can say what ever they want to you that you should be free to do the same . if they have inappropriate words well , if i want should i hold my tung . heck no . mouth off to me once i can turn my cheek . mouth off to me again i bet your butt i am going to be free to tell you a piece of my mind . and i am justified in my right,the same as anyone else

Those who have a good command of words can get their point across in no uncertain terms without using prohibited language.

You certainly can make the choice to use any language you wish, but you are aware of the rules on this board and others, and if you use certain language you can expect certain consequences.

The BOI is primarily a business forum, a free-for-all verbal fight is not only inappropriate, it is ineffective. It turns the attention of readers away from the central point that people usually try to make here, which is that someone has given them an unsatisfactory transaction.

If you can make your point well, and the seller/buyer does not make good, your description stays here as a warning to the next person who wants to do biz with the person you've complained about.

It is MUCH more effective to describe a deal gone wrong and have people decide they don't want to do biz with the person you've complained of, than to muddy the water with a brawl.
 
i am not saying a verbile fight . i am also not saying foul language . but if you read the posts from the beginning you are also not allowed to post what was written to you containing verbile abuse . like i said if someone has the right to tell me what they think ,i am going to tell what i think right back . chris is a cheat he is always going to be a cheat . but listen to what he has said about me and others . and i am supposed to keep my mouth shut and take what he has to say about me . no that is abuse and i refuse to sit back and be beat up by him .its not a verbile brawl i just have the right to say my word also and state the facts as i see fit . now i see chris has taken someone else ? come on kick this joke off . he will keep on down it as long as he has the opportunity open .

On a personal note. And not as a Moderator at theFrog. I my no means condone or approve or even understand anything Chris has ever done.

Based on information posted here and thefrog, I would never buy a thing from him, nor would I bother to befriend him in any way shape or form...What he did to many people is deplorable. I am sorry that anyone had to deal with his manner of business practice.

I personally have a high level of ethical standards for life and business. I am embarrased that there are so many people that do the kinds of things mentioned of him in the herp trade.
 
In defense of myself and the other mods at TTTF, we have NEVER condoned Chris' behavior. We have always been consistant when applying the forum rules to him, as we attempt to do with all members. Just because he ripped people off after posting ads on the forum doesn't mean he broke the rules. Do I think he's a dispicable human being? Yes. Do I think he should be completely removed from the hobby (if not the earth)? Yes. But we can't ban people for not liking or agreeing with them. All we try to do as mods is be fair and just to every member, and enforce the rules. If members had done their research, this thread ALONE..not to mention countless others around the net, should have been a huge red flag to never do business with Chris.
 
If you knew he was scamming folks and ripping them off on your site, and you let him continue on your forum. Then as far as I can see.... your part of the problem. Its hard to rip folks off when you dont have a venue to do it in.

Now before you start to say I dont have a clue.... I AM an ADMIN over on a reptile forum. If one of my members approaced me and said they had been ripped off by another member... we would contact that member and get their side of the story. If the victim had solid proof and the accused could not provide evidence to support their side... then they are gone.

Period.... end of story. We have to protect our members when we can.
 
I have mixed feelings about this issue. Mods can ban a member who has been found guilty of scamming members, but isn't peer pressure or social justice much more effective? Look at what this thread did, for example. Not only has Chris been exposed on, not one but MANY forums for what he has done to some members here, but I doubt he will ever dare to post on Fauna again for fear of social execution! I have seen what happens to threads in which a banned member is not allowed to respond to criticism. They die, and inevitably there is some degree of lingering doubt about the charges since only one side can fully be represented. But very few who read this thread walk away with doubts about Chris, and he is free to come and respond but doesn't.
