    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Bad Guy mervat daoud aka dmaizar & chameleons 101

Well i haveta say eric has taken care of it and i have gotten my money bk thank you eric.while this does not let "dmaizer" off the hook with me for sellin me a sick cham i got my money bk and know better then to deal with "dmaizer" ever again. sad it hadta come to this fourm to get it resolved but thank you fauna for being here...

Robert, Eric didn't owe you anything and your lucky he made things right for you between the person you purchased from and yourself.

Eric was doing this guy a favor, they weren't his animals and assumed he let you know that they were not in good shape. He wasn't making anything on the deal. Eric has NOTHING to do with that guy, infact Eric doesn't have a partner anymore and this guy was not his former partner. His animals are top notch! I have purchased and sold Eric animals and I will continue to work with him as long as I need anything chameleon! Just figured I'd kind of set your record straight.

excuse me? did you read the whole thread? i think not he had the animal in his possession, you havent a clue what your talking about so i think you best keep your comments to yourself if you havent a clue what your talkin about he never told me the shape she was in till after he shipped her and i freaked out when i saw her and he has nothing to do with the guy? again you dont know what your talkin about the guy an eric are doin a breedin prodject together thats why he has the guys chams so you settin the record straight is wrong an your wrong so unless you know what your talkin about i subjest you keep your ill imformed comments to yourself tks you know what they say about assuming.. try not assuming nexttime i said eric got it solved her sold the guys ambilobe to pay me my money after he had talked to the guy who never called me bk its over an done so dont come here tryen slove something you dont have a clue about tks
 
eric coulda came on here and explained himself he chose not to, and again my only prob with eric was he shipped a sick animal i can see an importer or wholesaler passin a sick cham on but eric is supposedta have 20 years breedin chams and im sorry any worthwhile cham breeder wouldnt a shipped that cham not that he sold it to me, thats on the other guy damizar not eric i said thru the thread eric has tried to solve it but if the seller wasnt callin either of us bk thats kina hard to do isnt it? now if your tellin me youd ship a cham in that cond and that he wasnt wrong for shippin a cham in that shape thats ok u can do ill just make sure your on my list of not to buy from cause myself think its wrong to ship a sick cham.. have a nice day
 
i almost forgot john you also claim eric didnt make anything off the deal? again your wrong he sold me a female ambanja for 90 bucks as he said sense im already shippin this sub adult " sick" cham so ya wrong on all ur points so ya didnt set any record straight cause if ida been told the sub was sick guess what i wouldnt wasted the money on the sub or the 90 on the female he sent thats turned out to be a male... 20 years breedin chams lol uh huh... its done its over ive thanked eric for gettin it solved, sad thing is it hadta come to this fourm before it happened..eric was gung hoe on tellin his side before i made the thread, guess its kinda hard to defend ur position when its wrong and even havin you come here and stick up for him when you got every thing you said wrong is childish when its over and done its like beatin a dead horse, if people wanna buy from eric knowin hed ship a sick cham thats yours and there business i chose not to and to only buy from breeders i respect.
 
I am just going to have to say that anyone that has "20" years experience breeding chams should know better than to send one out that looked like the one in the picture.

I agree! Julie. 101 is usually a beginning class so I would only guess they are still trying to figure it out. Maybe its time for Chameleons 102 course on husbandry.

Didnt eric have a problem before with another member on CF. I think he had mis-sexed a cham in that instance also. With 20yrs exp he shouldnt have that much trouble sexing a cham. Although Ive noticed he does sell his chams at a very young age.
 
A person with 20 years experience certainly should notbe asking the rather basic questions he was asking back in November & December of '09 (on a chameleon forum):

For instance, asking people about his Zoomed 10.0 "florence" bulb and whether or not after 6 months he could move it from one enclosure to a smaller one for another 6 months.

Asking people why his group of Panther eggs were going bad at full term.

Asking for advice on how to rehydrate two dehydrated female Panthers belonging to a "friend".

Asking if a night-time red light would be okay for his chams, since night was the only time he could work (I presume he meant clean, etc) his enclosures.

Sorry, but there's no way that guy has the experience he may be claiming.

John , Two very important lessons for Eric to learn and you outlined it nicely. Don't become a middle man unless you are ready to be responsible and never assume anything.

Where you are wrong is that he got involved and didn't have all the information before he sent out the chams and should know better than to ship out an animal on its death bed. "The 20 + years of experiance thing".

Where I see a plus is that even if it isn't Eric's fault he stepped up and took care of it. After it made it to the BOI of course. That is a good way of saving face after someone screws you over. Middle men get to deal with all the crap sometimes.

Now sounds like Mervat Daoud ows Eric some cash. Good luck Eric, don't forget the BOI is here to help you too.
 
I'm clearly getting 2 completely different sides so I'll stay on the sidelines. If it was mis-information it was information given to me. I'm not making up, assuming or anything of that nature! I came here with what I believed were facts told to me by Eric.

I have been in the reptile industy a long time, I have a great rep and have had very few problems in all of my time. I don't know how long Eric has been in Business but I have purchased and sold him animals many times without a problem.

I'm done here, I'm not going to be a middle man between 2 arguements which are now over. The next time I will surely keep to myself if the other party does not wish to defend himself unless I have first hand experience with the problem at hand. There is no point in taking this any further. Good on Eric for stepping up.
 
The fact that Eric DID step up to the plate and reimburse Ryan says alot.

That said, honesty and integrity up front is what makes or breaks the man, the woman, the business, the dream.

Don't represent if you can't represent.
 
Mistakes have been made, and corrected. I have paid rob the full amount that he bought the female for, and he is still threatening and harassing me thru emails, phone and the chameleon forum. i have even said sorry to him.

a mistake? that took me bringin it here to get corrected and it wasnt you that corrected it it was eric that took care of it your still liein tryen to tell me ya didnt even know she was sick when you did cause when eric recieved your chams that she didnt look good so dont try an say ya didnt know an as for the sorry? ya just said sorry after talkin alot of bs and ya not sorry if ya wont even admit ya knew she was sick when ya sold her. your sorry now a few minutes meens nothing if ya still not takin the responcability for me havin to come here to begin with... if i wouldnt have brought this thread here you wouldnt have taken care nothing an i know this sense you told me ya didnt know she was sick to try get me off your bk then i didnt hear anything more from you i hadta deal with eric to get it taken care of so go spew ya lies somewhere else... its over and done i know ill never buy anything from you and if people were smart they wont either...

i dont care if you buy anything from me, i didnt want to sell my chams(which you already kno) im leaving the country. I DONT SELL ANIMALS AT ALL, I DID IT BECAUSE I HAVE TO LEAVE
