    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Look I just returned 1 million dollars........guys I didn't start this tread blind.
I called my credit card company......I left messages for Matt.......I returned the wrong item at his request.......and I had no clue what was going on from there........this whole situation could have been avoided if I was brought up to speed on what was going on........Matt should have called me to let me know he received my package and that my money was just credited to my card sorry for the mix up..........that's all I needed and I would have never came here........but this morning when I wrote the thread I was under the impression that I was taken for my money........

You guys might also check comments on the member feed back scores.......Matt has already ran there and gave me a bad rating and said I was a liar and to be very careful when dealing with us.......what is all that about.......Matt has never purchased anything from us.......how are we bad people.........come on you guys this is not right.

Rich did not start this site for people to have pi$$ing wars.......we came here with a legitimate post and this is how we get treated.......
 
Yes, any one can type that. Though how do we know you are not wanting a double refund? See how easy it would be for that to be said about you. I can already see that this is going to be a difficult thread.
 
Did the first order ever show up Matt? Or ever get returned to you by USPS? Is there a tracking number for it? You can easily get that info.

I sent you several emails letting you know I had the order back and the card had been refunded, so the problem is

Maybe they never entered the information after you picked up the package. But to alleviate Nicole's concerns, please post the emails with the headers.
 
Nicole when was the last time you contacted your CC company, mine usually updates there info around 12:00 A.M. and credits do sometimes take some time, for some reason...Dont know why....Hope this helps....

I will let everyone know whenever it post........I dont want anyone to think Matt kept our money if it is returned as previously stated.

No I sure dont, I shipped it directly through the post office. I did receive the origional order back in a "sorry bag".. It was tore all to peices.. I was trying to send it though the Postal site and was entering the wrong state(I know I know) so it was hand delivered.

Yeah your right, love the hobby.. Honestly though, I deal with some of the nicest people in the world. i enjoy just shooting the breeze with them on the phone weither they are ordering anything or not.. But then you name is smeared because of stupidity and it just ruins your day..

The bottom line is that you can't make everyone happy all of the time.

Given the volume of business that Matt does there are going to be hiccups here and there. I have always observed that Matt makes good on these situations.

I have done business with Matt in the past and will continue to do so.

One thing Matt is not - is a scammer. If he says he refunded your money he has done his part. Banks aren't quick to credit money - whether its a deposit or a chargeback - because the longer you wait to have access to your money, the more money they make.

I've also had bizarre experiences shipping things with the USPS.

Matt - stop torturing yourself by using the USPS - they don't deserve your business!
 
I will be the first to admit Matt is not out to rip anyone off, but I can certainly understand Nicole's frustration considering her card was charged over a month ago and things were still not right at the time of her original posting. Particularly since she said there was no communication from Matt about a refund as of this morning.

But Matt did say he did email her, so I really wish Matt would have posted the emails with headers so that aspect can be cleaned up as well.
 
Under the yellow highlighted "Delivery Confirmation" sticker it does have the correct tracking number too if anyone is looking for a little more proof.

If it makes you feel better start the chargeback, this way you will have the ball rolling on yoru end. When the bank sees the monies has been refunded then it will cancel itself out. If that makes you feel better by all means have at it..(thats not ment in a hostile way)
