WOW!!!! I was originally a good customer of Matt's. When I say good I mean, I did everything I was suppose to do,Did I make the man rich? Hell no!!Did I selflessly promote his business to others looking for reptile supplies,you bet ,several people every month,not because he was the cheapest, or fastest shipper(phssst far from it)it was because I truly thought he was a good guy and that he cared about his customers and not the $$$ they gave him.I know for a fact that several people purchased from him several times because of my recommendation.I don't want a pat on the back I'm trying to make a point. I posted in that other huge tread about how all my orders were slow and the last order i made through him was so messed up(his fault) that i didn't get it the way I ordered it until two months after he had the $$$ in his hand, thats not right. When I got into this hobby I remember seeing Matt post and I always looked at him with respect. I'm not big into God but I also very much respected that Matt was a religious man and was proud of it, and it gave me a sense of security, he is a man of God after all.
Turns out Matt's a hypocrite, likes to talk down to the people who use to help feed him and his family. Hell Matt you built your business on the BOI. And now you come here and talk about what a waste of time it is. No wonder your losing business like crazy and your competitors are booming because of it, expanding there selection , and variety of items they offer and continue to blow their customers minds when they ship 20 times faster than you do. Do you not see how your just dousing your business with gasoline and try your damnedest to get that Zippo to light.
This has gone far beyond shipping times, I stopped doing business with you because you couldn't provide the kind of service I demand from someone I'm giving my hard earned money to. When you went off the deep end and started talking to your customers with the amount of total disrespect that you have is when i started, to not steer business in another direction, but just in any other direction then yours, explicitly warning not to order from you. I'm not talking about 100 people a month,or even ten but it adds up man and trust me there are far more than 10 people on the BOI disgusted by you. That right Matt you disgust me.
Fix your Problems or decide if you even want to do this anymore. Just a bit of advise, your customers(remember them, the ones who you care about?) are always going to want to be happy with their orders, they want them on time and with out your constant excuses or lack their of(I never got an email saying something was on back order or hey you can wait for this right, nor did you try to address my problems when i brought them here,you just admitted that was I correct and not lying), if you can't provide that then please leave and make room for a supplier who can get it done.
