I have only bought a few husbandry items from Matt so far. I haven't spent a lot of money really. Everything he shipped me was good to go, but that is really not a question when dealing with Matt. Here is the big deal. I picked up a couple of ball pythons today in serious need of husbandry improvements. I had some flexwatt I had bought from Matt earlier but wasn't sure if I could use it. I sent him a message and he called me with in 15 min. His advice helped me get my into separate enclosures really quick. Customer service isn't only giving people a quality product with a great attitude. It is remembering your customers names and helping them out with your product when you have nothing to gain. He has answered all of my e-mails and phone calls with a straight forward, no nonsense and helpful attitude. I seen it all said here before when I checked up on him.
I am new to herps and learning to research everything. This site has proved invaluable in me making some of my decisions. I am sure it will be very helpful in the future.
