    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I have only bought a few husbandry items from Matt so far. I haven't spent a lot of money really. Everything he shipped me was good to go, but that is really not a question when dealing with Matt. Here is the big deal. I picked up a couple of ball pythons today in serious need of husbandry improvements. I had some flexwatt I had bought from Matt earlier but wasn't sure if I could use it. I sent him a message and he called me with in 15 min. His advice helped me get my into separate enclosures really quick. Customer service isn't only giving people a quality product with a great attitude. It is remembering your customers names and helping them out with your product when you have nothing to gain. He has answered all of my e-mails and phone calls with a straight forward, no nonsense and helpful attitude. I seen it all said here before when I checked up on him.

I am new to herps and learning to research everything. This site has proved invaluable in me making some of my decisions. I am sure it will be very helpful in the future.

Be sure to check the BOI before you buy from other people. It works. :hehe:

my dealing with Matt

I received my order of flexwatt with the plug and play connections today.Everything is working perfectly as expected.Even after the postal people ripped off my address tag (gotta love the postal folks :rolleyes: )Matt still got my order to me faster then expected :yesnod: .I will order anytime from Matt with no concerns.
 
Johnson Control Thermostat

I receieved my 4th thermostat from Matt last week. Hard to beat his service and products. These Johnson Control Thermostats are GREAT! :beer:

Flawless Transaction!!

I have had yet another flawless transaction with Matt. I needed a thermostat and some heat tape in a bad way. The thermostat I wanted was out of stock, so he had the manufacturer drop ship it too me!!! I had all my heat tape and thermostat within 4 business days!!!!!! Can't wait to hook up that Herpstat II!! Thanks Matt!! :)
 
I havent had a transaction with him as of yet but he's working on something for me and After reading up on him and looking through his price lists I am not going to hesitate to purchase from him.
I am not even a customer yet and he's answered many emails and questions for me, thats good customer service!!!

Every transaction I ever made with Matt has went smoothly. His customer service was second to non I have ever seen, and the products came in top- notch shape. His website was easy to use, and his attitude was very positive. I could not expect anything better out of our transaction. Everything went according to plan, and I recieved my order sooner than I expected. Would never hesitate to do business again.

I've done a lot of business with Matt over the last year and can't say enough good things about him. His prices are great, and everything he sells is top notch! His customer service is fantastic, any question I've ever had has been answered swiftly! He's even been gracious enough to take the time to help me with issues not related to our business dealings. Matt is what my grandfather would have called " a stand-up guy". I look forward to doing a lot more business with him!
 
Recently picked up a salmon and anery female from Matt.
Great transaction, Matt was very helpful, and patient.
He sent us some very happy, clean and healthy snakes.
