    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

So are these some of the things that are going to be changed?? How about starting by removing the negative votes on all of these fine people that you felt the need to hurt.

I have no dog in this hunt Matt, and I have always comsidered you a good man, husband, and friend. Please just take care of your customers and improve on your communication skills with them.
 
My dealings with Matt

As with everyone else's orders, mine was delayed. No big deal, except for the fact that Matt didn't tell me until after I placed the order that the item was out of stock. Like I said, this wasn't that big of a deal, but was enough to make me take my business elsewhere. Notice I asked him about the price of the thermostats on March 10 at 3:53 pm. He responded the same day at 4:37 pm with no mention that they were out of stock. I then placed my order and received an email from Matt at 5:33 pm saying that they were out of stock and he would ship the first of next week, but it actually took about two weeks.

Matt I will say a prayer for you ,all I ask is to remember what you had said about me about a year ago and everyone believed you then.You stated stop don't deal or buy or sell to me because of poss mentel illness.That was harsh as I was told while sitting in a hospital bed in very bad shape..But forget that.You were dealing with my X wife and my sister.But me and you had dealt with each other for a couple years at least before this and I thought I knew you better.At that time I didn't need to hear that you had brought me here to the BOI ,,,As this person w/poss mental Illness..When i did get home weeks later I was very bummed about all this.I mean everything from what my X said to you and what you were saying to my sister and everyone was on your side.It was to late for me to put my 150 in..It was old news and was like a tread from hell..My X is gone now because of allot of things,She opened an account in my name and slung mud back and forth with you and everyone else..I tried to email you myself and you never replied.I said I was sorry for all the miss haps...But the main thing is I Forgave.You knew I was in the hospital so why did you carry this out and say all you said about me.It's all water under the bridge Now..But i lost my trust in my main suppier of flex watt ,,Ranco stats,,clips everything.After what you said about me having known I was away getting surgery on my lower back that didn't go as good as they said it would..It was like you didn't care and wanted to make a joke of it,,as i did read it all when i came home .I was disgusted with everyone ,well I'm OK now after booting my X wife and not buying from my main suppier anymore ..You knew me better then that and i let things slide a few times like ordering 2 Ranco's and getting one after ten days and then calling you and leaving a message to what happened to the other one ,is it on its way..a week later i got a reply that you had to check with the person that packed it ,and a few days later I get another reply that yes i was right there was only one in that box.So all in all 5 weeks later i received my other stat.And I still did Business with you a few times after and then..When i was down and gone trying to run things from a hospital bed ..You bashed on me like no other has done,why I don't really know.And Now everyones out to get you??? what is that about.!Please spare it.

Just Remember to Forgive ,,Forgive and to forgive some more.Thats what I had to do.I know and the People that truly know me ,know that I am a Good person and go out of my way to make things Rite..I think you should start their and start forgiving People and yourself and then make things rite again.Unless your just to hard headed and blind to see the big picture and the facts ..I do forgive you ,but i will never forget what I read in all those post .Justice is being served The Real Karma is life is what counts..
Forgive and Forgive some more it will help you get back to what you had

I have never had any dealings with Matt and therefore have no stake in this thread, but I would like to put forth a casual observation.

With all of the people who have claimed to receive inferior service from Matt, why is it that he remains the top-rated seller on the Trader Rating list, without a single negative comment?

He has received a great deal of negative karma for his comments here, yet all of these unsatisfied customers have yet to cast their vote where it really counts.

Just an observation.

You have to be a paid member to use the Trader Rating system. Thats why. So he is semi protected from any negative hits to his Trader Rating.
 
In the old days you didnt have to be a paid member to use the Trader Rating. That is when he built that big number. Prior to it being a paid members only thing.

Uh, new? The paid membership requirement for voting on the Trader Ratings was implemented sometime around mid February of 2005. Well maybe "new" when compared to the creation of the universe, but hardly new in relation to TODAY and for this site.

With that new found knowledge under your belt, how many of those votes actually happened BEFORE that restriction was put into place? :rolleyes:
 
Just curious.
Does a negative post appear, if the poster had previously left a positive post?
I know that multiple positive posts do effect the overall rating of a seller.
