Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Hey so a little grip about them. I test ordered a 1000 cricket shipment from them..they send it fine on time but when I got them half was dead...so I was like no problem I took pics of them as I put them into my cricket bin. I emailed them about it and they said to send them the pics and I did so 2 weeks ago...no word from them...so I e mailed them again last week and no responds from them at all.......i ordered mealworm from them before no problem but this time when there was a problem they would not answer back.....anyone had issues with them...

All I am Gripping about is this test shipment of cricket as many of you know I breed Leopards and I am looking for a weekly supply of crickets....

Anyway thanks for listening

For future reference...Grip is what you do when you hold onto the handlebars of a bike.(Gripping the handlebars). The word you are looking for, is gripe.;)
 
Winston I'm sorry you got a half dead shipment.
Miami Worms appears to have a very particular TOS:


-We will not issue a live guarantee if your temperatures are under 40 or over 85 degrees at your destination unless you request for overnight shipping(at your expense), or "HOLD FOR PICKUP" at your local post office. Hold for pickup is a free service and is always highly recommended because it reduces the exposure to extreme temperatures. If you choose to have the package held for pickup, you must supply us with a contact number for USPS to contact you once the package arrives.

-We do not guarantee if the post offices does not follow our Hold and call instructions. It is still your responsibility to track the package and pick it up the SAME DAY day it arrives. There have been ocasions where USPS has not called customers to advise of the arrival of a package.

-We do not guarantee live arrival if your item is in transit longer than 3 days. (this includes misrouted packages and packages labeled lost or mis delivered. ) Priority mail is a 1-3 day transit service but is not guaranteed to arrive on the expected estimated time of arrival (ETA.) The only service USPS guarantees to arrive on its given ETA is PRIORITY EXPRESS OVERNIGHT.

-All Doa (dead on arrival) orders must contact us within 3 hours of delivery time with pictures of box, items and packaging.

-We ship to the paypal address only. We are not responsible if your address is not correct.

-WE DO NOT SHIP DUBAIS TO ANYONE IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA! OUR DUBIAS ARE BRED IN A FACILITY OUTSIDE OF FLORIDA. WE WILL NOT BREAK ANY LAWS

"Live Arrival Guarantee"
Our goal is to have customers that will be 100% satisfied with their purchase. You MUST report any "dead on arrival" claims or any other problems within 3 hours of the delivery time. If a claim is made (99.5% of our shipments do not have any problems,) we will request for PROOF (evidence) of your claim. Please have photos or video available to document the loss. After investigating the claim and based on the percentage lost in shipment, we may either:

A) Credit the amount lost with your next order (to avoid charging additional shipping costs,) or
B) Refund the percentage lost to your account.
However, we do require that you make arrangements to have someone available to accept your shipment on its first delivery attempt, who can properly care for them upon arrival. Otherwise, we may deny your request to replace any claimed loss.


However, you complied with their request and then they simply dropped the ball by not following up.
It is your loss, because you paid for a full order and only got half the order live. It is their loss, because they could have gained a repeat customer, but I personally would not do any more business with a company that does not respond back at all if there is an issue with the order.

Guy I am asian i am allowed to misspell haha...and the the shipping was in optimal conditions as in that week in FL was in the mid to upper 70s....but thanks guys for the suggestions
 
Hello Winston and others on Fauna. Our sincere apologies for delaying your DOA claim. To be honest, I just returned from a long cruise and have not checked my email in some time. We will be taking care of the matter. It was always our intentions at the time we asked you for the pictures. We did receive your pics but as Lucille stated, we dropped the ball by not taking care of this matter prior to our departure. However, we are back to business and we go above and beyond for our customers and we will be contacting you shortly to resolve the problem.

I would appreicated and thank you...I did state that getting mealworms from yall in the past was no problem and they arrived great...just no communication part and this was the first time I ran into problem with yall and that was all..
 
Winston, please let us know when the issue is actually resolved, when you receive your shipment to make up for the dead crickets.
Alfonso, perhaps it would be a nice gesture to send a few extra crickets to Winston to make up for dropping the ball in communications.
 
If the order is completely replaced, then that would be 500 crickets or 50% overage already. I would think that would be bonus enough for the inconvenience/lapse.
