
,but i ordered from them, i got dirty rats and very poor packing that resulted in half my shipment being defrosted. prices were/are great A+,,, shipping price is rediculous C-,,, comunication C+,, quality of product B- ,,, packaging C-. it was my first order and had substatutions which is no real big deal as the numbers worked out in my favor, i have emailed them about my dissapointment, and will see what comes of it. i dont expect a refund as the fact is i have the feeders and will feed them, but as much as they advertise themselves as "the" feeder company i personally expected ALOT more.Joejr14 said:I'm amazed that people are still buying RP product.
