Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them.     Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

i believe you can not impersonate a police officer and there is a charge for that.

i think it is petty for him to try and bribe you to tell the people at ks that everything is alright. if he were truly sorry he would refund you the money your are owed. as far as i can see he didn't even ask if he owes you money only begged you to tell ks that everything is settled and tried to bribe you to do it. if he had tried to make amends before going to ks i might have a different frame of mind but, from what you have posted, he has not. i do not doubt you at all from everything you have posted. not in the least. i mean as well all know, if someone has over whelming guilt they avoid the BOI as though it were the plague. only those who really believe they did right come forth with whatever evidence they have and if proven wrong they do try to fix it.

never did this person try to fix it after the presumably wrong e-mail address to a paypal account. there for he has to be held accountable for his transgressions.

i am very happy to see you standing up not only for your rights as a breeder and buyer but for the rights of future buyers and breeders.:thumbsup:

Judging by his atrocious spelling I guess he's not intelligent enough to either,

A. Post his animals else where

B. Change his already horribly slandered name

or

C. Change his IP address to gain access to KS again.. (but that would be like teaching calculus to a 5 year old)

It seems to me that Mr. Mara may have quite possibly been dealing with "Mike" and his business partner from the past in considering how different Mike/Xavier's e-mail styles of communicating are/were.

Truly wonderful to see justice served, particularly the coup de gras "HOW CAN YOU LIVE WITH YOURSELF."

Thank you Mr. Mara for standing up for yourself and even more importantly, preventing others from being taken advantage of from such filth.

THis is Mike C Kyle you got your money back. That was the only deal I have ever went wrong on . Money was tight. I apologies for what I said about watching your back. Scott I want to do more bis with you I am going to send the frozen snake to you. I want nothing in return but the privilege of doing bis with you in the future. You know shit happens and snakes die sometimes. The other snake I got from you is doing great and has doubled his size. So please forgive me for bothering you today. I am very sorry.
 
Mike, if you refunded the money (twice), can't you get a record from PayPal to show it? The first time didn't go through because you'd removed the funds before issuing the refund, no?

That's just it. He didn't refund the money. The only reason I got my money back is because I filed a charge back with my credit card company. He had no part in my money coming back to me.

This was the reply I got to my reply to his threat.
 
Am really glad I found this. Was just going to buy a neon California gartersnake off of him (he posted in a group I am in on Facebook) and he sends me a message that said "Hey are you going to buy these snakes or not, as I have others interested." And I said I was interested in a single male, not a pair, but if he didn't have any singles I understood. He said no I am good with a single. And we agreed to $175. So I sent the $175 through PayPal and told him so. I did use my credit card, always do since PayPal won't honor its guarantee for live animals anyway, and he replied first and said yeah I have it, and then said "No I don't have it please check on your end." When I checked it showed it was sent and not accepted. I emailed asking for an address confirmation and then jumped on here and found this. Was able to cancel the transaction. This is the first time I've ever not checked the BOI before a transaction, because I was doing it from a family party and my phone. Just goes to show you what a valuable resource this is!!! Thanks all for sharing your experiences!!!
 
With regard on complaints to those who seem to indicate that they are immune in one way or another because they are a cop. I can only speak as a former NYC PD officer. We have what is called Internal Affairs,
This agency deals with any type of coercion, or intimidation by individual police members who seem to go above and beyond there official duties to intimidate.

Traditionally, Internal affair investigators are higher ranking officers . They would love to hear from anyone who has a complaint. They do research and they do investigate every complaint. Especially if the job effects unauthorized use of power. JERRY
 
Wow! Kudos to you Kyle for fairness and the willingness to go the extra mile to make sure Mike /Xavier Cardell had ample opportunity to make good on a agreed transaction. He proved to be unworthy and just plain criminal in both his behavior and language. I remember back in 2017 agreeing to a trade with him for some garter snakes that he backed out on bc of a "family emergency". I guess that was a good thing and I'm glad it never happened. Thanks for exposing him for who and what he really is.
