• In the past two days I have gotten emails asking about being requested to provide credit card info in order to register and also to make a post in the classifieds forums. PLEASE NOTE: In no instance will this site ask you for this sort of information. The only time any request for payment is made is if you choose to opt-in for a higher membership level, and that is done SOLELY through PayPal. Anything else is coming from a source other than this site. My guess is that this is coming through Google Adsense, but when I can get someone to send me a screen shot of this sort of request, I will know more.
  • Responding to email notices you receive.

    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Bad Guy Michael Gentry (Scam artist)

Mike, I get that this is overwhelming, and that it seems like people are against you now... people that have been around for a while are pretty good at recognizing BS, and getting to the truth. I'm stepping back a bit, due to your age and situation, but I'm going to keep asking this until you answer.
How did you come to the conclusion that this person wasn't Lance? or that he really is Michael Gentry. I'm not going to castigate you for your answer, or logic; but if you have real information about who this person is, you should provide it.

I swear I don't have any evidence other then he said "I'm mike gentry" he also said he has a brother who will ship my package Monday..... But I honestly don't think it will happen now. Should have realized this before.

Bull. Tell you what. Are you smarter than your daddy. You know how easy it is to register here. Tell him to create his own account. It is against site rules here for him to post under your account. He was pissed at you, yes? The BOI will welcome him with open arms I'm sure and try to clear up the adult matter that you cannot and will not. This site is for people who want to put scammers to rest (dada will agree), not to enable them.

Sorry I missed that statement earlier. I don't really understand the logic - how would saying you'd proved it wasn't Lance fix anything? Did you mention that name to him?

I wouldn't hold your breath while waiting for the box; but I truly do hope that it arrives (and that it contains your snakes, alive and well)
 
Yes he was angry, very angry. He's at work. And he is unwilling to I can assure that. He also said before I messed up so I have to fix it. I will ask when he gets home but he won't be home till later. he already offered the person money to ship back and all of that.

Well I thought trying to end the thread and follow his request would cheer him up enough to have a heart. But again, not thinking I was wrong. Alex did.
 
I keep an eye on the CL listings here in knoxville, because I do sometimes rescue unwanted small-medium sized snakes . I have seen a lot of ball python adds lately posted by a person with a first name mentioned in this thread (no last name given), I have not heard anything bad locally, but I can keep an eye out if I know what to look for. I will not be doing any vigilante justice though.

Okay, so your dad was pissed, yet your still talking to a scammer while pops sits by and does nothing? You have done nothing but deceive the only people who are willing to help you. This site is the only friend you have regarding this situation. Take full advantage, or find a "pitty party" site to boo hoo to and sit around with a bunch of GSA (got screwed anonymous) members who will do nothing more than say aaawww. Good luck child.

Prt sc at top right on your keyboard. create a bit map image on your desktop, right click + select edit, ctrl + V to paste, then save and post as an attachment.
 
He added 3 snakes to the question a super mojo, a killer spinner blast, and a black back. He took out the champagne. He kept the banana and clown.
