Sam - first I want to thank you for posting on this guys new auction to look here - had I not I may have bid on that "pastel" and ended up paying thousands for a dead snake. In no way is this your fault - it is the shippers responsibility to ensure safe arrival and guarantee such. And he should definately have told you point blank - this snake cannot ship until it has digested it's meal or at least flat out told you that he would not guarantee live arrival. Personally if you compare the two photos I don't think it's the same meal. If you look at the amount of streching on the first photo as compared to the second - that size of a meal would have shown considerable stretching further down than it does - also the positioning of the snake and the fact that one picture has a date and the other doesn't and the one that does have the date is cropped? It all just doesn't add up. Sorry - It's just too easy to stick a date on an old photo.
Anyway - just wanted to say thanks for directing us to this thread - I hope noone gets screwed any further. And I hope you get your money back.
