Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

You offered a partial refund for the female (with no mention of shipping costs), then, immediately turned around and told him to hold onto her for a few days & reevaluate... then told him if he didn't like her, he'd have to sell her. After that, you told him you'd take them back; but you didn't have the money to give him a refund. Then you offered to get him a replacement (for the wrong sex, btw - great attention to detail). Let's see, what else happened - you pretty much told him to go to hell; you told him that he waited too long, so he was out of luck (after you told him to hold onto them & see if it got better)...your exact words were "There yours if you dont want them , sell them. Im not giving your money back."

So, your argument - now - is that, because he waited like you told him to, you denied his refund? How is anybody supposed to have any faith in you as a seller when you do things like that?

How old are you?

It sounds to me like you are simply digging for a reason not to refund Will. You could have solved this problem yourself by simply giving him a refund. So what if you say you are not going to be "pro," this is just terrible business skills. Harold is right things are awesome when they are going smooth, but how you handle hitting a bump in the road is what counts. This is just low.

Things do not just go away because you claim to be giving him his refund, which, by the way, you threatened again due to people posting on here. How many times can I say "immaturity" before I am beating a dead horse? You are absoluely ridiculous and by far one of the worst businessmen in existance.

Will may be busy dealing with things in his life beyond the BOI. Though, I guess, you tend to think everyone must respond to you and do everything for you promptly while that rule does not apply to you.

I would also like to add that to claim people are bashing you is giving the assumption you are being berated or wrongfully attacked without provocation or cause. I can assure you, this is not the case for you. Because people are offering information to others of your less than tactuful manner and poor business ethics you are quick to claim it's some form of defaming.

Keep bumping the thread up and being immature, it will only help you with that noose. In all fairness though, I did tell you stop chewing on your foot, not stick the other one in your mouth too.

And all the sellers know out there that you cannot sell a high volume of snakes and never ever have one thing go wrong. This was not the place for this to ba handled. He should have responded when I told him to send the snakes back the first time. And if i honestly thought that snake was in perfect shape when I sent it out

You are going to let others comments control whether you give someone their money back? I can understand you being angry and all but with comments like if "you guys dont back off with the bashing of my name Im not going to give his money back" others may not want to ever deal with you because of your attitude. Just make things right, send your customer back his money and correct the issue and learn from your mistakes. I would work on not posting when I am angry though due to the fact that this will always be here and others will judge you on the way you handled this situation.

Correct me if I am wrong but you are on your way to being banned and the way you are handling this thread is making you look very immature and childish. Grow up and respond to the posts instead of taking this off topic so you get banned. If you don't plan on refunding him the money be a man and just tell everyone instead of getting yourself banned and using that as an excuse you did not refund his money. You are the one and the only one who is making yourself look very bad right now and I think anyone reading this thread will be more than likely to come to a the quick conclusion that they should avoid you at all costs because if a problem arises this is the way you handle it!
