    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

New warning added on 12/21/07. I'm about as tired of the rampantly destructive derailing of threads by malicious off topic posting as anyone else here. I've been trying to figure out a good black and white definition to help the mods to enforce a rule to end this sort of nonsense, but such a definition has not been forthcoming. So, I am using a definition that is as best I can come up with, and leave it to the mods to interpret where, when, and against whom it is best applied.


Your last 5 posts have been childish and served no purpose other than making yourself look bad in the process of hitting the Submit Reply button. I have no idea why you want to keep ruining your reputation by being childish but I guess the best answer to that is you really do not care whether people buy off of you or not.

I believe you may have just bought a argentine het albino female that i was interested in. Because of this and researching your reputation, i thought maybe in the future you and I could do business of some sort together. Unfortunately, this thread has negated that fact. It does not matter have many successful deals you have made. What really makes a difference in a future customers eyes is how you handle the adverse ones. In this case you made the buyer feel small because all he wanted was what he paid for and thought he was getting. He should be upset. We have all had people unhappy at times in our lives. When you make an effort to rectify the wrong and get ti right people will forget or forgive the infraction. Now your job is to make this customer happy even if you have to go above and beyond what it normally would take. He may even post on here that after all is said and done, you honored your "100% satisfaction" gurantee. Finish this Mr. Miller because regardless of how you feel, you are hurting your business. There are always people watching these threads and you really don't know , if in the future, who may interested in one of your reptiles. JUst do your part, get it done and leave it that. Afterwards revaluate the situatio and make the corrections needed. Just my two cents worth. Mike McGrath
 
By the time I finished reading his email responses, let alone his posts on this thread, he was immediately added to my do not buy/sell list. Levels of childishness and immaturity like this do not belong in any type of transaction. "professional" does not just apply to those that buy and sell reptiles as a business, but also to those that do so as a hobby. We are all expected to act as professionals in all transactions as both a buyer and a seller, period. Anyone that chooses not to do so, does not deserve to be doing any business.
 
Ok now I respect the honesty of that comment. And if for one minute someone would have came out and instead of stabbing at me, told me honestly what they thought, i would not have acted in the manner I did.
I have acted like a fool and im sorry to everyone. I was honestly freeked out a little by being posted on here and im sorry.

Im not a scammer. Im just pissed off. And That snake was in perfect condition when it left here. Ive sold over 300 snakes this year and not one time did I ever have this kind of a problem. And all the sellers know out there that you cannot sell a high volume of snakes and never ever have one thing go wrong. This was not the place for this to ba handled. He should have responded when I told him to send the snakes back the first time. And if i honestly thought that snake was in perfect shape when I sent it out

Now Mike, I will agree that you should probably not have been called a scammer. But, this is where things lie with you... You keep saying that you will refund the buyers money but only if he stops bashing you. What you dont realize is that the buyer really hasnt said anything on this thread other than their original post.

The buyer isnt bashing you at all. They simply brought it to the attention of the BOI. Honestly, the only bashing you are taking is by your own doing ie... acting immature, bumping your own thread, making ridiculous statements, and joking around. Take this seriously sir, this is YOUR reputation on the line. You dont want to be "one of those guys" no one wants to deal with.

Honor your original statement, "satisfaction guaranteed" and a lot of this will just fade away and people will see you did what it took to make YOUR customer happy.

Michael, I am currently working on a case study, so I really don’t have a bunch of time to be in here. I have said most of what I needed to say. I am glad that you are responding to me again, however I want to be treated with more respect than you have showed me. If you are seriously about giving me a full refund, let me know how you want to settle this. They need 24 hours to digest. I am also sorry it had to come like this get you to start talking to me again. I tried hard to avoid this. Let me know.

As long as you both are speaking to one another, its a definite start to a resolution. William, please be so kind to post how the transaction ends up as I, too, would like to know how it ends up. I hate seeing possible good people going down the wrong path just to get rid of a headache or to make a quick buck. Not that I am implying that either situation was the case here.

Mike, I am glad you got your head screwed back on and taking this situation a lot more seriously now. Good luck to you and I look forward to seeing a good ending to a bad situation. I dont want to add you to my "do not do business with" list and I am sure that I wont be the only one who feels this way.
 
I wanted to take the time to update everyone on recent events. First of all I would like to thank everyone for their support with this issue. I met up with Mike Miller this past Friday and we were able to find a resolution to this situation. I purchased an additional pair of snakes from Mike, they were a 1.1 super dwarf retic100% het snow for 320 dollars. They are both great snakes and I was very satisfied with the transaction. Thank you Mike Miller for making things right. This goes to show how much of a good thing the BOI really is. Thanks again for making this possible. (I have posted pictures below)

It would awsome if more Bad deals had turnouts like this Its not to often you get to see a transaction gone bad having one apoligize to another and the situation being handled like adults ( I dint read the whole thread skimmed through it SHAME ON ME I KNOW) and one trying to keep his name clean and his customers satisfied It takes the Bigger man to apoligize and try to make things right
