In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Bad Guy Michael R Trombley aka ragelesspanda BEWARE

So who made this Cheyenne person Goddess of All Transactions? Seems that, in her mind, only she is judge, jury, and executioner to all that comes before her court (website). Everyone must abide by what she says .... or it's off with your head!
What a joke.

He also wants to send the dragon back. It is to my understanding you expected him to send it back before giving him his money. I would never do that. Refund him and be done with it. Good lord.

Therefore, you have two choices. Send him a refund and a label for the dragon to be returned. Or let him continue to take further action to spread the word about your ...interesting...business practices.

Cheyenne Elizabeth 6:49pm Oct 14
Karen, are you going to solve your customer's complaint? Because if not, I am removing you.

Cheyenne Elizabeth 7:23pm Oct 14
I am waiting on whether or not you are taking your options. If not, you are wasting my time. I am trying to mediate here. You are being far from helpful

Cheyenne Elizabeth 7:29pm Oct 14
Let it be known this seller is refusing a refund. This dispute is not resolved. Thank you to those who came by to read. No further comments will be necessary.

And these are from the second thread.

Cheyenne Elizabeth 5:54pm Oct 14
Robert, he complained the day after receiving this unhealthy dragon because it is quite simply not what he was told he was ordering. I suggest you ALL keep your attitudes and comments in check. This is a FACT ONLY forum, not a place for speculation, opinions and bashing.

Cheyenne Elizabeth 6:04pm Oct 14
The dragon is not leaving his home until you refund him first. You have already proven to be at times unreachable. We are talking about a large sum of money.

I will arrange for shipping of the dragon myself. I can send him a label to have it sent back. But you need to refund him FIRST. I do not trust you.

Cheyenne Elizabeth 6:20pm Oct 14
Facts are permitted here on my board. Your reputation is on the line. Refund him Monday morning when he boxes that dragon up. I will have a label for him.

Cheyenne Elizabeth 6:31pm Oct 14
Once I have a label, you HAVE to refund him before that box is dropped off.

Cheyenne Elizabeth, If you value your reputation you should get out of dictating resolution on a feedback forum that goes against every norm in just about every business that I can think of.

Banning people for not following your direction on how to resolve a problem, your the one who's reputation is going to falter.

"You only have two choices"

Who does this person think she is?

No, there is a third. Let everyone know about you.

Thank you Karen!

Karen, are you going to solve your customer's complaint? Because if not, I am removing you.

She agreed to fix it but he needs to send the dragon back just like every TOS on every single breeders page that offers returns on animals or just about any other item sold. Unless, the seller decides differently.

Lisa isn't spelled Lisha, they're not the same name. Lisha is spelled Lisha, and that's how it is pronounced.

An IP checks was done fairly early on in her ranting - no matches. Just another lost soul that thinks "facebook official" means commitment and truth.

Gotcha... And I have never heard the name Lisha until the BOI threads. lol

No problem Harald. Just thought it was weird. :)

This Cheyenne seems completely delusional.

I know were talking animals, but what business would ever send a refund before getting their goods back?!

If Michael wants a refund, he needs to send that dragon back.

Cheyenne Elizabeth's messages read like those of a person who has massive power and control deficits in other aspects of life. In her sub-microcosmic context, it appears that she is trying to compensate for those gaps and weaknesses. As is often the case with that sort of over-compensatory reaction for ego preservation, the illusion of control gets gnarled into something that attempts to be tyrannous. Unfortunately for her, it only has as much power as others decided to give it.

ShadowAceD - I watched his video of the dragon and he has it in a 40 gallon breeder but he has a shelf that looks to be at most 2" off the floor and the lights are on top of the screen top. He states in the video that he doesn't move much and doesn't chase after the bugs. The dragon was darker than I had ever seen him, and there were undigested bug parts in the poo.
Anyone who knows anything about bearded dragons, would know that this dragon is not getting up to the proper temps to for optimum health. It appears to me he is slowly killing it. I am hoping that he changes the conditions for this dragon before it is too late. When I made the decision to sell all my dragons I had hoped I was not sending them to their deaths. The jury is still out on this one.

I do not have a lot of knowledge on bearded dragons as I have never kept them nor have they really ever caught my interest as far as herps go. I do not understand what the problem with some nipped or broken beard scales is as it would have absolutely no affect on the breeding potential of the animal.

What I am curious on, however, is if a healthy dragon can go downhill so quickly in the span of a couple of weeks. I am not making any accusations or assumptions here, I am genuinely curious.

He received the animal on 2 October 2014. On 7 October 2014 he posted photos of loose stool from the dragon with blood in it and what appears to be undigested prey item parts. The blood does appear to be coming from the lower portions of the GI tract rather than the upper given its coloration and may simply be from the trauma of passing the undigested parts, but it is definitely signifying something is amiss in the animal's husbandry. Still, I want to know how it went bad so quickly. That is only five days.

He does state the animal ate at least five prey items (a few Dubia around 4'' each and two horns) where he later tries to claim it did not at all. In my experience with reptiles, sick ones just do not wish to eat, particularly ones suffering severe GI distress. I am also wondering just how successful a temperature gradient can be achieved in a ten gallon enclosure for an animal of that size which is where the animal was being quarantined from the beginning.

The current living conditions you described from the video I am assuming are not typically up to the beardie husbandry standards.

Can anyone post the video he posted of the dragon here? Also, is there anyone in Oregon willing to take possession of this animal and deliver a refund to Michael so it can be sent back to Karen, though, honestly, I would be concerned about shipping an animal in that state to begin with.

Can anyone request that Michael use a temperature gun to show what the temperatures in the enclosure are? Also, the types of heating elements he is using (Brand, Wattage, etc. etc.).

Warning: I would like to remind everyone that this thread is NOT about Cheyenne Elizabeth.

My reply is in red.

The missing/broken spikes have no affect on the bearded dragon's health or breeding ability. It's merely astetics.

The runny stool can be from something as simple as different foods that he isn't used to, to parasites. My guess, is it's from too many hornworms.
The blood is likely related to cloaca trauma, from undigested bugs, which is caused by incorrect temperatures.

ShadowAceD - The dragon was eating, pooping just fine and was healthy when I shipped him. I can only speculate what could have happened in such a short time. Placing him in a 10 gallon with a heat lamp the dragon could of overheated and dehydrated, if those were not addressed in a timely manner it would not take long at all for the dragon to go downhill. We have certainly seen on the news lately it only takes a short time of overheating to kill a child, and unfortunately even when some children were discovered before they died, even with medical care they have still passed days later from it. The absence of a urate with the poo could be an indicator of the dehydration. I don't know if the dragon was in the 10 gallon for hours or days. However, all that said I am not a veterinarian and can only go by my own experience and what I have been told and seen with my own eyes.

While the return for refund has been available to Michael Trombley since he received the dragon, and he has refused to take advantage of it, I am no longer in a position to take the dragon back. I have plane tickets already purchased for my husbands return, Uhaul and hotel reservations for our move. Not to mention renters waiting to move in. I am not going to change any of these plans to accommodate his inability to act in a timely manner. Nor am I going to put any more energy into this, I have a lot of packing to do.

Thank you all,
Karen Treharn

At this point and time, I would be unwilling to take the dragon back and refund.
He made his choice when he refused to send the dragon back without a refund first.

An offer for a refund is rarely open ended; but I have mixed feelings on this one. At this point, it doesn't sound as if Mr Trombley has seen the path of reason; so it really doesn't matter...but doing "the right thing" isn't always convenient.
I haven't been closely following the thread (I've popped in when some things can't my eye), so I have no idea how much money is involved; but IF he were to actually contact you with a request to return the dragon, this is my suggestion:
1) take a little time to try to step back from the situation
2) review the timeline - starting from the date of delivery, considering how many times you offered the refund & his responses (just the yes or no portion); evaluate how things fall into your stated terms (TOS), in other words, SHOULD you give the refund. Ideally, the extraneous crap shouldn't factor into it, but at least try to filter out the aggravation caused by other people. If, after objectively reviewing things, your response is "I would give him the refund in exchange for the season, if I wasn't moving", then just do it. If you aren't in a position to care for the dragon, there are options open to you in that area (local herp association/community, animal shelter, rescue, another keeper, etc). If your decision is that the refund isn't merited, then act accordingly.
In the meantime, if you haven't already, stop reading that Facebook thread. Any contact/request from Mr Trombley needs to be direct.

Funny Webslave says its not a post about her but yet let everyone continue to talk about me and my name for a while. Lisha Is my middle name if you must know. Nothing Else is of your business. And i don't appreciate you to continue to talk about me and excuse me of being the same person i received a snake from. All you people do is talk, and seems like you love drama. Yet you say thats all facebook is about? Funny how the Admins side with others. Nice to see Webslave picks and chooses who he lets people talk about.

I saw it, though I was already aware of the information myself.

I suspect I know why it was changed from Elexis to Lisha, but that is neither here no there.

Does anyone have an update on how this dragon is doing?

Funny Diem would that be because I called you and your friends out on a secret group you guys have bashing everyone on facebook?? So you want to come talk about me on fauna? Got a problem take it up with me don't go talking about what you think you know to strangers. Btw I didn't change it because of that. Sorry I felt like using my middle name for a while. A lot of people do it didn't think it was a crime. Everyone who matters in my life knows who I am. As i am not currently selling any animals I don't see how it's any of your business what my name is.

The difference is that you are posting here, involved yourself in this discussion, whereas the other has not.

What is funny, is you keep posting on threads that have nothing to do with you ... in hopes of getting something for free?
