No, But...

I live in Arizona and have not ever heard of him. I also tried to email him several times to take a look at the Boas he has for sale and have gotten no replies at all from him. I sent one message from each KS link and one from the email address he left in the body of the ad, which does not exist, I got it returned as undeliverable with no such box address. I also noticed that in his first ad a few days ago he was from Prescott and now he is from Flagstaff, these two locations are about 2 hours apart for those who are not familiar with Arizona. Now, I suppose he could have moved in two days, but it does seem a little strange.

On the same note, about 2 months ago someone in Tucson also advertised a 6ft Sharp Strain Albino Female for sale. I emailed this person and got no replies from them either. They left no name in the ad or in the heading, so the two situations could be related.

If anyone gets a hold of this guy and wants to buy his animals I would be happy to check them out for you first. In the event it is a scam, I am sure he/she would decline this suggestion.

This guy really ticked me off !!! I made a deal with him last night for the .10 adult balls and he agreed to $1750 via paypal and the agreed to the offer of 1.0 2004 Pastel male ball and $1200 via paypal. Well he wanted me to send the money now and then send the snake out Delta Dash. Well I said that since I was sending paypal money that he could send out the female balls via Delta the same day when I he picked up the Pastel at the airport. He stated that was fine and that he was Delta verified. So I attempted to send the paypal and they said that he could only receive an e-check and that was it. So I called and found out that his paypal was account was only 13 days old and that they were skeptical about any other method of payment to him, so was I!!! I agreed to send an overnight M.O. and said that he would call me back but that the deal was mine. So I waited a few hours and finally an e-mail stated that funds were sent and he needed to honor that, and I said that was BS and that he made the deal with me. So please be carefull when paying this guy !!!!

Way weird...

I emailed him about the Sharp strain boas he had posted, I told him i had visable ball morphs for trade and he replied in 2 seconds. I showed him my pics and said i have cash as well. He said he was very interested until i mentioned that i was going to check with Brian Sharp and that i`d be traveling his way and maybe we could meet somewhere. All this took place in about 5 minutes, Well now he posts that they are sold??? Must of been a pretty good offer over a male pied and cash for his 5k worth of boas. I havent heard from him since. Again this was today in the matter of 5 minutes. I`m not sure how to post his emails or i would.

I have emailed him numerous times and have gotten no replies also. In fact when the ads first came out, i offered to buy all of his snakes that were posted (balls, boas and the albino retic). I still got no response. If I were selling everything that he was selling and someone offered to buy everything, I would be replying immediately. Something is very fishy about this guy.

I tried

to point this guy out to warn people about this guy there was so many red flags this guy threw up number one being not able to provide pictures then he tried to rush me i do thousands of dolars a month of buissness online a month and i never rush customers to make a purchase sorry for all who fell victim to this scumbag but it happens and just learn from your mistakes im saying im smarter or trying to lecture but i started this thred for a reason

Update:

"Michael Voelkel" The Police in Flagstaff AZ have no record of a Michael Voelkel living at the address he supplied me. If anyone had an address from this guy or if you mailed a payment to him please email me the info so I can pass it along to the local authorities. His name is more than likely an alias. His cell phone company has provided the FBI with some of his information, so perhaps they can stop this criminal sooner rather than later. The Arizona attorneys general office has been notified as well.
