So let me get this straight.
You stated.
I personally don't care what you have to say, but, if the company decides to add any other information to this site/or by word of mouth in reguards to the matter, I have been instructed to contact the proper authorties. Case closed, you can say what you will. I won't respond, but, I will be watching for additional information to be added. Thank you!
Then
I can be made out to be the bad guy, but, yet, no one is questioning how this transaction was ran... unprofessional to say the least.
It all comes down on me, but, no one questions the seller. Good ethics people! PERFECT!
You basically told everyone to go to hell that you weren't answering any questions then you have the nerve to say why aren't people questioning the transaction and just picking on you.
People are asking questions. What's wrong with you?
Simple, answer some questions.
It has already been established by both that a charge-back was the end result.
The seller stated you refused contact and did a charge back after delivery.
You stated the price was wrong and you contacted them about it and they stated something to the tune as "this is how business is done". You then added stinky feeders into the equation.
So let me help you out here. To start with what was the price you were quoted? What were you charged? Was the difference in shipping charges or product or what?
Was this all over the phone? Do you have a email with the prices you were quoted and statement of what you were charged to show?
That would be a easy start so we can question the transaction as you put it.
Just stating I'm not stating anything and don't take his side, isn't very persuasive.
As for the rest, It's libel when written not slander If that were the case a judge would have decide and enter a court order.
A State Trooper in another state does not have the privilege to dictate to a citizen what constitutes libel or slander. Contacting you is different but they have absolutely no right to order a citizen to be silent and not tell their story. If he lied then sue him.
Let's take a look what he wrote.
I am Heath Biggers with Mice Direct. Michelle R. Korvel Purchased frozen feeders from us in November 2013 and FedEx confirms they were delivered. She charged back her card and will not answer phone calls or emails from us.
He wrote you ordered feeders. Correct?
You both agree to that.
He wrote you did a charge-back. Correct?
You both agree to that.
He wrote you will not answer your phone. Correct?
You stated he called fifty something times. So you both agreed he called.
In his titled he stated "don't sell to her"
That's about it for what is posted.
I don't know how much of a libel complaint you can get out of that when you both agree about the short opening post.
We just need the details about how the charge-back came to be.
So how about you explain in a little detail about the transaction which will help the readers understand what happened?
