    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I was not blasting him Jim O, i was simply stating that he was not a very truthful guy.
I did get eggs, 9 to be exact, 4 made it.
I was only saying that he was a very smooth talker.
He even told me that he paid 40k for the first spider to be imported.
Is that an Honest statment?

Anyways thanx for the help on getting my name fixed. now i have to figure out how to get a pm to webslave....

I'm still not clear on what this has to do with your transaction.

Did he represent the snake as a gravid import? If so, then you got exactly what you paid for in this transaction. The fact that she is not eating is just about par for the course in this situation.

Your initial post here was full of praise for him. It seems the real issue is something that you as a buyer could have and even should have anticipated, and that you are posting sour grapes about the seller who sold you the exact thing that you bought.
 
I more time JimO, I was suposed to have purchased a gravid Possible Fire Ball new blood ball python.
I recieved an import that was gravid. (normal) not morph!
This post was about good guy bad guy.
My point being that a GOOD GUY does not lie to consumers.
I did not lie.
I have not lied.
I am not a liar.
I am not really upset with my 1st wild caught and 1st time with eggs.
I told myself that i paid for a learning experience.
But I was not told the whole truth.

Would you do bussiness with someone that was not totally on the up?
Probably not. Or maybe you would, if you were new to a certain bussiness.

Well I am tired of this thread and do not really care to argue with you about someone that it seems like you are trying to take up for.

Maybe I should question your ethics? nah, that would be a waste of my time.

So with that being said, post more squabble..we know you will.

A "new blood" ball python? That's an import. You got exactly what you paid for, a gravid import.

But sure, make it about me. Look me up here. I'll give you business references if you like. All I ask is that you post exactly what people say about having done business with me. I have no dog in this fight except to find the truth. So far, as a former member of this site would say, your story is starting to smell a bit like rotten tuna.

No, I generally wouldn't do business with a person who lies. Right now, you're avoiding answering my questions. That smacks of dishonesty. So far, you're the only one in this thread with whom I would hesitate to transact business. I don't know the seller from a hole in the wall and I resent the accusation, but I guess it's the best that you have. You're an immature little boy who is having buyer's remorse.

I'm only going by what you said, which is that you got a gravid BP from the seller, and that you were anxious to see if it would "prove out". You were very excited. That would take a minimum of two generations. So if in fact the babies are "normal" that does not prove anything either way.

Until you were questioned, that was your "chief complaint".

Go ahead and post your emails. If they support the fact that he was dishonest in how the animal that you bought was represented I will be the first to say it. But you have posted nothing of the sort. Rather, you have complained that you don't know how to get an animal to feed that most likely you never should have purchased in the first place.

Oh, and as a courtesy to the seller, have you had the decency to inform him that you have turned his good guy thread into a sewer? Giving him the opportunity to defend, or hang, himself would be a common courtesy.

This sure is an old thread. I guess we see who the honest party was in this thread after all. Mike Brooks got slammed eventually and I kept investing in Royals over the years and I'm now a very, very reputable Breeder. yeah the snake that Was suppossed to be a fire ended up losing almost half its body mass before it had to be euthanized. I got slammed pretty hard back then by this threads overseer at the time. I was much younger and less knowledgable but now I always warn herpers about Bad Guys like Mike Brooks. I actually understand Faunas BOI now and I am well respected for my honest business practices and super nice Royals and Royal combos. I have not been tricked into nomore BOI posts either....lol
