    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

EXACTLY!!! Anyone can take money and NOT ship snakes.. The point of a transaction is to remain in contact after you are paid to make sure your buyers receive what they paid for..

I don't really care if it's 10 days or 10 years later.. The OP deserves 100% of his money refunded! If not then the seller stole money and should be considered a "Bad Guy"

Kudos for bringing all this up Mr. Lamb considering some of the flack you have gotten on here... It/this needs to be aired IMO!!! 10 yrs., 20yrs., everything has an expiration date, due date, go bad date, etc.. You know?? This is it for you two.. Ever been to Disneyland's "It's a small, small world" ride... I feel like I'm on it when I take the time to read some of these negative situ's.... Thank you Fauna Gods for the BOI.. It has this one close to it's "date." Good job to the the cat that calculated the interest for Charles too. lol. I'm curious, what kinda rate did Mr. Masters qualify for with out me calculating?? I hate to have to admit it, but the 50/50, and partial refund and the this and the that... Man o man, I think that interest accrued number just shy of $225 should be on it's way to Charles.. Wow, Mike that had to be embarrassing as all heck to have that happen on your wedding day for just $175!!! Mike, I will never buy anything from you after the hour I spent reading your responses to Charles.. You owe him some dough, or send him an animal that makes him smile!!! All of it too!!!

I have paid Mr lamb after making a agreement over about 7weks ago.Today before I paid him with a arangement to be paid by the end of may he still continued to make threats of posting more and taking leagal action Beacause I would not contact him as he wanted. I gave a time line he could have waited till it was up.. Today it ends and I am only sad about 2 things and they are that mr lamb could not be 100% honest and that it could not be resolved sooner. I took part of the owner ship but mr lamb has yet to. He promised to close this thread at payment I only hope he holds his end of the deal. I would like to thank friends for standing by me and those who did not pass jugement. I would also like to thanks those who posted againsrt me then emailed me seperate to bash mr lamb. It Shows your true colors. Advice for everyone out there try to resolve privatly before bashing. Be far and responsable. It took me contacting him privatly to resolve it. And no matter the excuse set dead lines to finish a deal no matter what the buyer or sellers excuses are. Mike Masters

Wow Mike, what a liar you are. You have not paid me a dime! If so show proof! What we agreed to 7 weeks ago was that you keep in contact with me about this refund. You never did. I had to send you a pm on Wednesday asking you for an update. You never replied. I sent you another pm Saturday saying if I did not hear back from you by the end of the week I had to assume you were breaking the agreement and I'd have to return to this BOI thread.

I also told you I wanted a refund via paypal so we both had receipts that the refund was processed. So once again you are a liar. Or can you post proof of the paypal refund here for us all to see?

You guys evidently have a serious communication problem. This is a pretty strange development. Mike would take a big hit for stating that he had paid and not really doing so. I believe Charles when he states that he hasn't been paid but I suspect what is really true is that he hasn't seen the payment yet. Charles you're not wrong for bringing this here, there's no "statute of limitations" on ethics, but things may work out better for you if you refrain from the name calling until you find out what's going on.

I did jump the gun due to asking charles last night for his paypal. So I can wire the money. I got a PM from him this morning that he wanted to send a request insteaad of me just sending it. Now I am waiting on him. I guess You vfeal better being in control so be it but lets get this done today.

I used Mr lams Website to pay pal himk. I just sent the money and made sure to put in the comment section that it was for the snake purchase 10yrs ago. I have not heard today from MRlamb but I now he had time to post. I am sorry for jumping the gun earlier no harm was intended. I can copy the email if you would all like proof paid. Refund Received!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Contrary to what was stated in an earlier thread, a refund was sent today, Sunday 5-23-10 via paypal for $175.00 I actually had to absorb the paypal fees so it came up to $169.62

A special thanks to all who responded to this thread and to the BOI as I have no doubt this refund would have never occurred without the BOI. A word of advice to all, If you make a purchase over the internet be sure to use paypal or a credit card in case any issues arrive. At least you can file a chargeback if someone is dishonest enough to keep your merchandise and money!
