Bad Guy Mike Matson of Mike's Phat Frog is a scammer !!

This is over Mike Matson of Mike's Phat Frogs not keeping his word and trying to back out of an agreement on paying me $2,250 for 21 Pacman frogs. Even after I gave him an extension.
I will be uploading 46 images which will compose the entire conversation having to do with this deceptive con.
Also just want to pre warn he told me if I went through with this he would contact his lawyer friends to give me an order for cease and desist. He pleaded for me to post this in the Facebook group called " BOI- Reptile Feedback " but knowing how nobody checks for fake profiles or fake accounts and it seems he has many friends that like to "troll" from them, I told him good luck with that and we'll see what happens on the real BOI.

I think Mike just likes to threaten.

I have heard you speak poorly of many people and their businesses, which shows me that you have no respect for anyone who's views are not your own. Now of course with that statement someone will say how can you say that when Mike did not pay Rick back?? Let me tell you the story on that, IF you read the whole thread and examined EVERYTHING you would see that Mike NEVER said he would not pay him the agreed amount. He did say that it would take some time as there were some financial issue we ran into, if you knew about a business you would know that this sometimes happens even to major companies. For example the car companies who needed bail outs. HE did also state he would be happy to send you a check, I do not blame him for wanting to send a check and not a PayPal, the fact that you wouldn't even give a PO box should have shown everyone on here that you were hiding and are not trusting. When Mike called to discuss the financial issue on the phone you were understanding and okay with it, and two days later you were not. He also stated that he could send you the frogs back, YOU refused them; which should show everyone that you are not about the well being of the frogs you were all about the money. This can also be added to the fact that Mike AGREED to pay you over double what those frogs were worth retail. You ONLY wanted the money you did not want nor did you care about the frogs. I do not know what has gone on in your life, nor do I care. however you have ignored all attempts of contact from Mike to discuss this further, and that also shows me and Should show everyone else, that you in fact are not a man as you try to be online. He also gave you an option to let Lawyers handle this issue and you refused that as well, so really you have been the one to not be willing to work it out. instead you have hid behind your computer. Its also funny to me how even you were loving Mike and he helped you out ( might want to take a look at your own YouTube channel when you gave mike amazing reviews. (also btw your Gram weights on those frogs were very wrong)) Then when something happened and he couldn't give you what you wanted right then and there you turned your back on him and posted everywhere. To Lucille, you have NEVER had a purchase directly with Mike. Therefore you set yourself up to be sued for multiple things, including slander, defamation of character, and false reviews of a product or company . Which Ill let you know is a real crime as amazon at the moment is suing for the same issue. I would also like to point out to you and everyone on here who has made an assumption about mike's mental health, you do not have any sort or education, degree, and or the right to make a public state in regards to this. That is also a crime, so saying that you might be next is not a threat to take personal harm however it is letting you know you are on a list to receive paperwork from an attorney. Tom, I enjoyed your story. What I found most entertaining is the fact that you left out, you waited over 60 days to collect your purchase and did not responded to Mike. He also never worked at the pet store and you did not bring him in back into the store multiple times. Please tell the story correctly if you are going to tell it at all. ANY business would resale an item if it was left for over 30 days with no previous arrangement.

I'm not saying that Mike is or isn't a bad guy as I do not know him.

What I do know, is that he shows traits common of addicts, the lack of any self responsibility, his ego clearly seems shot, though it comes across as though, he is cocky and must prove his self worth ("Doing business to other countries" comment.)

I've been sober for a relatively short time Mike, but there is a better life out there for you man, just have to get honest with yourself, maybe find some support groups, and you can also turn your life around.

With all of that being said, I wouldn't do business with you as I'm not a fan of frogs, and do understand what this"disease" can do to people.

Your statements are often simply incorrect. Also, the way you distort the path from premise to conclusion is something I feel bad about each time I read such an instance because it tells me you lack exposure to certain critical thinking foundations and I hope for more in people.

Your posts are breaking several rules. I advise you to stop breaking them and figure out how to compose your messages in a more complete, rule-compliant, and valuable way. It would also be nice if they could also be factual, but that is not what I am charged with curating here. Grievous factual errors dissolve your credibility out from underneath you and, combined with certain associations and approaches to communication, do not serve you as well as you might imagine.

I find your post hilarious. You are a piece of work. You have no clue about the legal concepts you have brought up. Your posts have gone from mild to wild and look something like this:
