Hello. First let me start by saying my complete name is Mike Panichi. I started using Mike Panic because it was easier when I was making screen names to post photos and classifieds. I kind of regret now because some people have actually suggested I was trying to hide something. Its nothing like that I can assure you.
Well, about myself........I am a Detective in the New York City Police Department and have been a member of the NYPD for about twelve years. I work in very tough, gritty neighborhood in Brooklyn where children become adults well before their time. Needless to say, it gets crazy around here and its not always easy. I got married in 1996 to a fantastic, supportive wife and I have an adorable 18 month old daughter. I live way out in eastern Long Island not to far from the infamous Hamptons. I am a very avid saltwater fisherman and light tackle with lures is my game! I like to consider myself a fish stalker as I sneak around the back bays and beaches of Long Island in my 4X4. I have seen beauty like no other and have thrown back fish that would make your eyes pop out of your head. But enough about me, LOL
I have been breeding corns for a few years now and basically took an interest in the Lavenders and Bloodreds. I have met some great folks out there and I have a good amount of "long distance friends out there" Of course thats not to mention all the great guys from NY and the Metro area. Thats about it really. I love talking shop and doing trades with guys who I know. I put a photo of my mug in here so if you see me at one of the shows, please stop me and say hello. And If I see you in Brooklyn, I have to tell you this......BROTHER, YOU MADE A WRONG TURN,LOL. Thanks. Mike Panichi
