Hello Fauna folks,

I just wanna bump this thread and give two thumbs up to Mike (aka Bigfish1975) of Porter’s Pythons. I met Mike from another ball python forum where he is an active member.

So I recently purchased two beautiful 2015 boy ball pythons from him - an Orange Dream Spider (aka Dream Bee) and a Piebald. Communication throughout the selection and purchasing process was great. Mike was able to communicate via email, PM and texts for quick response. (I;m sure he;s available via phone also.) He sent pictures, answered questions and worked with me on shipping. I received the snakes safely and securely in 2 separate bags, heat pack for the cold week they were shipped and info cards on the snakes.

The snakes are very nice quality animals. They had no skin/scale problems, shed or breathing problem. Both are very beautiful and have nice temperaments, making their transition to their new home with me seamlessly. They are currently on live hoppers and are no trouble to feed.

I have not yet seen Mike really promote himself or Porter’s Pythons, but he is a professional and high quality ball python breeder and seller. Look him up here on Fauna or ball-python.net or Youtube. Mike Porter is highly recommended. He’s good to go.

Picked up three snakes from Mike from Porter's Pythons great quality snakes and wonderful experience very knowledgable and helpful considering I am new to the breeding so thanks again and highly recommend to all phases of snake lovers.

Got 2 more BP’s from Mike so this thread gets another bump.

This time I bought 2 female BP’s from Mike. I wasn’t able to pay in full this time, so he happily worked with me on a payment plan. He cared for the two girls and sent me periodic updates on their progress including a just hatched Black Pastel Champagne het Ghost girl. This is her:

She’s beautiful, eaten 3 times for me and just shed yesterday (1 piece!).

My other girl I got from Mike/Porter’s Pythons is a Pastel Leopard.

Not a problem eater either.

She’s even taken her last meal f/t.

Another good sale from Mike. Thumbs up. Great communication, service and high quality animals. Mike and Porter's Pythons is highly recommended.

I received a Female Honey Bee Ball Python from Mike today (aka Bigfish1975). Can't wait to use her to prove out my Banana possible Het OG male. As usually I was more than happy with the quality of the snake I received, Mike and Porter's Pythons is Highly recommend

i got another BP from Porter’s Pythons! i promised myself it would be the last one i get for the year.

working with Mike was smooth as usual. my Orange Dream girl arrived nice and healthy, calm and alert. within 2 weeks with me, she has reached her husbandry trifecta – eaten 3 meals, shed in 1 piece and pooped!

here’s my new pretty little baby.

A great experience and great snake with Mike!

I had a great transaction with Mike Porter @ Porter's Pythons. I purchased my first BP from him, a leopard jigsaw BP. My snake has a voracious appetite and has eaten twice for me right out of the gate. He took a F/T rat pup first try. He just shed today and it was about as good as it could be, a nice one piece shed.

Mike has been great to deal with and has always taken the time to answer all my questions, and being new to BP's, I have had a lot of questions. Mike has taken the time to make sure I had a great experience buying our first BP. You can tell in talking to Mike that he is very passionate about BP's and he has first rate animals. I was able to see his snakes in person and you can tell he is meticulous in his care and breeding of these animals. I would not hesitate to do business with Mike again in the future. In fact, I have another snake he is holding for me until after the first of the year. I can't wait to get her.

Piling on!

I recently had the pleasure of picking up a little phantom girl from Mike of Porter's Pythons (aka Bigfish1975). She shall henceforth be known as Opera...because I like to think I have a sense of humor. She is absolutely stunning and has some of the darkest blacks you could hope for in a BP - cameras don't do her justice! It was really fun to check see Mike's projects and he was an excellent host while we were at his facility to get our little girl.
