    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

No matter if he is Chinese or Japenese, he sounds like a scammer to me. Something doesn't add up here. Ty was interested in the Iguana and then all of the sudden the seller doesn't want to sell it? The seller can barely speak English and probably doesn't understand half of what is going on. Scammers will be scammers though. They don't care how or when or who they scam. Is his name even Mike or is that a fake name?

I agree With you

I've tried contacting him as well about going to check out the adult caiman lizards and the iggy for Ty before all of this, but no reply to email or phone call.

Mike or what ever your real name is, Your selling a $1500.oo lizard & you have time to buy a paper to show a picture of one but don't have time to measure it? I'll be really surprised if this thing really gets sold & has a happy ending.
