i cant let dave go in this, he may not have had anything to do with this, evidence points in that direction,
lets just say for a minute, a credit card company wanted its money from a married couple? do they only pursue one of the couple even though both had their names on the card, nope. thats how it is, by putting pressure on dave he was more inclined to clear his name in helping us with this, did he call anyone at the breakup and tell us before we had to find him, email the crud out of him, call him endlessly, no he never did squat, it was still his buisiness, in the beginning of all of this, he could easily have called me, and said hey man heres what happened and heres what i am going to do, not three months later, thats silly,
he put himself in the line of fire by hiding, by not answering calls, by being a complete and total prick every time i tried to contact him, yes i too would be stand offish if someone acused me of something i didn't do, but i would also try and figure it out? try to clear my good name? try not to have the cops, and the lawyers, and the detectives, pounding on my door, i most certainly would have retained council upon the split of the buisiness, as that is usually required , it doesnt cost much, theres things"alot of them" that could have helped him in big way, hes not nessecarily on my crook list, but hes on my that guy is a sob list,
again i am glad everyone got whats coming, almost everyone, mike and or maybe dave still need their just dues,
