Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Mike Shoemaker - Rebel Dragons BAD GUY

I would like to clarify that the only people I contacted was the people that left negative/neutral feedback. No one else. And even then all I said was something along the lines of "I urge you to file a paypal claim", nothing more. It would be prudent to contact every single person that is not already on this forum.

Sorry for the double post...

I would also like to say, I know everyone is very angry about this, as am I but I highly recommend we do not make public threats of death, beatings, etc, etc. Paypal is reading this thread, I just don't think it's a good idea.

We also should do something about verifying that these people actually made payment to mike. I'm just not a trusting person I guess.

Also, what happens if they get a refund from paypal and a gift from fauna? I'm sure most would be willing to make a donation to some childrens fund but perhaps we should state that we would appreciate it that should they wind up with a double refund that they do make such a donation. It would tax deductable too if it went to an established organization.

I wouldn't actually kill the guy. Maybe maim him, break his fingers and joints one at a time, cause him a whole lot of pain. But I would refrain from actually murdering him. I do have that much control. ;)
But, you being a victim here, I will respectfully keep my suggestive invitations to myself.

Dear Mr. Paypal. Please do not hold my words of ire against the victims of this thievery. They deserve better than what they have already received.
 
I'm very glad to see you and your mother received your refund Brandon. And thank you for posting that screen shot. Not that any doubted you or your mother but every little bit helps.

I would still encourage you and your mother file a police report with your local department and have them forward it to the Tucson Police Department. It matters not that a refund was obtained. He attempted to steal that money from you all and only by sheer luck did you guys get your money back. Mike can still be prosecuted.

We will do everything in our power to to catch this guy. My mom and I are friends with local police officers and they will be doing a report for us.

As I said in my PM Crotal, I took no offense whatsoever, I just don't want to hurt our case in anyway. We need it to be strong and I just thought we should do as much as possible to keep it as strong as possible.

Talked to Cory tonight. The original discs are missing ( go figure ) but he has the site saved to his hard drive. He's burning a copy for us so we're not totally screwed on the site. I did request that anything with " Rebel Dragons " or " Rebel Designs " be removed. He even asked if I felt I deserved a refund. Since he can provide the web site we agreed on I told him no.

We were given a private offer for help on the web site and hosting until things get straightened out our end. To that person , We Thank You from the bottom of our hearts.

To those that got taken , You are all in our thoughts and we wish we could do more to help. Hopefully things will change for the better and every one can still have a great Christmas.

I also confirmed tonight that Cory's nick and profile is all Mike. He has never posted on Fauna nor can he now. Mike left him with almost $400 in cable and ISP bills that he has to catch up before he can get on line again. So if you see Cory reading this , its Mike hiding.
 
Do you sposed that there is ANYONE who has been associated with Mike that hasn't been screwed over in some way?

I doubt it.

I did stress heavily to Cory that he needs a restraining order on Mike. Laura didn't list everything in the box he sent but I refer to it as a " Stalker Box ". I believe now that Cory is some kind of fixation or obsession for Mike. He really needs to consider some form of legal protection in the event Mike snaps.
 
The only thing I can say is that I am glad that I never have to hear another person defend this worthless punk again, or try and convince me that I am wrong about this punk for the rest of my life.

To everyone that has ever been effected by this scumbag, I hope you find it in your hearts to not let this leavea shadow on your hearts and goodwill.
