the facts dint lie ....order wasn't ship ed on time ..OK things happen. then given the wrong tracking number ..then told sat by 5 delivery which came Friday...... dhl left the order outside on the steps .why wouldn't they put in porch?who knows..the package was stolen or dhl never delivered.they claim they did....so i offered to send another money order to mike for another order as there are other ways to send roaches while he did a claim with dhl .he refused. then he offer es a refund on the 19th and the 22nd on the boi.....still haven't gotten one yet how long does it take to get a money order ????????? if mike sells as many orders as posted on this site that all sound the same not a dead one in the bunch .....then there shouldn't be any delay in a refund ......but he doesn't seem to want to make it that simple ...................then you have people on here that haven't or dint want to see the facts they are more into can a person type or spell as good as me.what names can i call someone to make up for there short comings in life then you have the people who scream i wont do business with you lmfao .i never asked to do so. seems like this site isn't being used for the purpose intended..its not ....as for me i have said things that wasn't called for or had anything to do with the facts or the issue of what in my op ion was a bad deal ...so i apologize for doing so to anyone i offended .....that being said the facts are the facts

Holy _____ ( your choice of word).I can NOT believe this bs is still being drug out. Dale you are right people are more concerned with your spelling and grammar than if your refund has come. Not due to the fact that it has not come, but because the shear will it takes to read how you have typed. I just got a freaking migraine reading you posts. Please don't forget there was a holiday weekend and most currier's do not run on federal holidays. Besides have you checked to see if they are waiting for the claim with DHL to finalize before the refund is given? I don't remember any post to that effect or to contradict the question ( you may have but I couldn't stomach some of your typing). To be honest as much garbage as has come out of your hands ( all the typing) I would make you wait for the claim to go through before sending. Maybe if you were a little more rational about the situation they would have sent your refund instead of making you wait if that is the case. Cause looking from the outside in , you have said and done everything you could to tarnish what appears by all other counts to be a reputable business, so why go out the way now? Just a couple of thoughts that popped into my head while catching up on this thread.

I bought roaches from Mike and recieved them with no issues...no drama. He even shipped them like snakes! In a Styro insulated box! I have never seen that kind of service for a bug shipment of any sort!
