Regardless of his typing or sentence structure if he hasn't recieved a refund then he has a right to complain.
It would seem very simple to refund his small payment and for the seller to get on with life instead of dragging this out.
If he's doing this out of spite then what does that say about his character?
For those who have so much faith in Mike why not send him his refund and then you get it from Mike.
As for other bug dealers seeing this so what.. The buyer ordered something didn't get it and seller still hasn't refunded his money.. Waiting on a shipping company to refund this small amount is a joke.
If the seller was sick or in the hospital then why not stop taking money until your able to run a business?
Pretty intersting that peolpe are calling the buyer names and whining about his typing but haven't asked/told the seller to get over the hurt feelings and give this guy his money or insects.
And you can say what you want about me or not sell to me but please stop complaining about a person who is waiting weeks to get his money and complain about your friend not doing what most of you would say is the right thing..

However, the way in which this thread was started, and his initial impatience is the reason he took much of the heat he did. And yeah, the sentence structure and lack of punctuation made it very difficult to understand exactly what was being said at times.

Hey Dale, did you receive anything from the USPS stating you needed to sign for anything? Mike mentioned that you would have to sign for your refund.

Mike, if you're still following this, I hope you can get his refund out ASAP if you haven't already....may want to post a tracking # here too to cover your bases...LOL

.......................................................................................no i haven't received any notice of anything . and yes i should have went about this a little differently.the thing that pissed me off. was i tyred to just place another order being as i needed to feed critters. as then they could have delt with dhl and taken care of this later..bottom line was i needed food ....i apologize to those i offended during this.. i was just a pissed off person

I have to agree with captnemo. It was the short time in which he took to the boi with this. As far as the grammar and spelling go it was very hard to understand what he was saying. At this point I would agree he has a legit complaint but at the begging I very strongly disagreed.

I am beginiing to wonder if something serious has not occured with Mike. Post op patients have a myriad of potential issues to contend with and this is not his first surgery. I just cannot see Mike blowing this situation off without fixing it. I emailed him with no response so I wonder if he may be back in the hospital again. I agree, this has gone on quite a while now but then again, we have not heard the rest of the story from Mike.
I am sure in time, this will all pan out....but I gotta wonder seriously, if Mike is okay.

I need not accept anything.
I actually am worried about her guy. But if he's posting stuff on the net for sure, then he has no excuse. I have a strictly professional experience with Mike and he has treated me well. We are not buddies. We don't not chat. I buy, he sells.
If he is ignoring this thread, that is how he chooses to conduct business in this situation. I have my own opinion that this possible approach is not a good one. But everyone can choose to decide for themselves. I hope Mike takes care of this for your sake and his.
Call me gullible but I still think Mike is going to work this out. Perhaps he is not refunding you your money until he gets his refund from the shipper.

BTW, there is no need to attack me. I am speaking to you civilly. So don't go there. It's not neccessary. Relax a bit and understand, my experience was different than yours.

Like I said, I hope this gets worked out positivelyfor the both of you.

This is quite honestly the only negative thing I've seen about the guy. It seems foolish for him to ruin his rep over such a small transaction, which is why I think something may be up...could be as simple as him blowing you off on principle...kinda like saying if you're going to paint him as a bad guy, he may as well earn it.

Is this the case? Who knows? Is it wise? No way. I'd try phoning him civilly to find out what's up (if you haven't already). If he gives you the runaround, then all bets are off.

This whole thing seems out of character from what I've seen...unless something bad happened or you REALLY pissed him off. Hopefully this whole thing gets resolved.

Has anyone been in touch w/ the Stefani's lately that could shed some light on this?

Dale, why not remove your head from your ass and take a deep breath. No one here that I know of is buddies with Mike. I for one don't know him and don't buy bugs so have never done business with him so not sticking up for a friend. And for cripes sake proof read and spell check why do you insist on coming off like an idiot !!

That said, Mike by avoiding this problem has screwed the pooch, your refund should have been there before now.

.......................................................................................that is the problem if you look at all emails i asked several times for his number from the beginning.the reason being I'm not a good type nor speller .you ll also see i gave him my number several times.not one call. a call could have turned poor com unication in emails into something productive .and none of this would have been necessary.yes i agree i jumped the gun a little but without a contact number i had to use what was available. i thought the boi was a tool to help not get riped off .sorry to those i offended

Hell, maybe a money order "mysteriously dissapeared" from the bermuda triangle like dimensional warp that is Dale's porch. In fact, we only have Dale's word that the roaches didn't actually arrive- since according to the shipping agency, they were delivered.

Everyone should ask themselves... is Dale really credible enough to accept anything he says at face value without outside confirmation?

These are very good questions. My problem with them though is why waste your time coming back to this thread over and over if it was corrected other than to advise to that affect? That does not make sense unless he is just out to ruin these guys. And if that is the case I don't see that happening from just this thread. The reason I say that is not long after this thread was started someone else posted stating they did not have the same problems. Most if not all I saw for Mike was positive. Me personally if I needed roaches (which I don't) would not let one transaction be the weight that tipped the scale ( several yes but one no).

I'm with you. Like I said in response to seamus, if you have gotten a refund and are saying something to the contrary why is mike not on here to rebut? The fact that him nor his wife has comeback to say yes they sent it with shipping number or any form of proof would be enough for me to believe that it has not been sent. Both me and another commenter said maybe they feel like they have been drug through the mud so why correct the situation. I could have understood making you stew on it for a bit, but not to completely ignore the situation completely now. I am in no way saying I would agree with that practice but could have understood a few day wait just to get under your skin.

Again I know I personally gave you flak at the beginning of this thread ( mostly due to the fact you started the thread so close to the day they should have shipped. As well as the spelling and grammar, but I understand that part cause I can't talk clearly when someone I don't know starts talking junk to me about my personal life when they don't know anything about it, ie; your gay comment to me earlier in this thread.) but I do side with you at this point due to the fact they have not rebutted you saying they have not sent it yet.
