Just got a Rhac Chahoua from Mike and it's beautiful. Just want to throw out an "atta boy" to Mike for going the extra mile in the customer service area.
I had never heard of him, so I was reluctant to just send him a check for the animal (he didn't take Paypal at the time). I expressed my concern, so he immediately created an account, and I sent the money.
Mike sent the animal out the following day (Wednesday).
When it didn't arrive on Thursday, I let him know that it wasn't here. Mike made several phone calls and called me a couple of times to let me know his progress. Something alot of guys wouldn't do. Oh, by the way, he's trying to take care of his customer while Hurricane Charley is knocking on his doorstep.

To all, the USPS is now 2 for 2 on NOT getting my packages to me next day. UPS and Fedex are 100% at on time delivery.
