    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Mile High Herps (Susan Newman) - IBD Infected Snake

Thank you for the kind words and for keeping an eye out for her sales. My webmaster has been slammed so we are still working on getting reptileresearch.com put together. But I thought that I would post an update.

I am finally clear of IBD. These are the only ones that survived the IBD outbreak. Luckily they were born just before the infected snake came in so they were separated from everythign else. After diagnosis, they went into a rack in the venomous room. They all tested negative and are clear. OF course, I will test them again next year to be certain. But IBD should have made short work of neonates had they been exposed. So this contitutes the total of my boa collection right now :(



They are all in shed so their colors suck.

Although it's impossible to stress how much your situation just plain sucks. You did a most honorable, and quite necessary thing. I have always admired your posts, as they were obviously spoken with intelligence, and confident knoweledge. You rate as one of the highest in My book of standards.

I am glad though, that the boas that did make it included that Phantom. Man, I like that snake, and have since the first pic I saw. I am glad that He and his sibs made it. I hope that turns into a nice project for you.

Let us know when that site is all put together. I owe a donation to the IBD research. I think we ALL do.

I really don't know quite what to say. I am sickened that a person would knowingly continue to sell infected animals as well as deeply saddened by the loss you had to go through. I am also impressed, with everything you have suffered though, you have been level headed in your posts, very thorough in your care and have thought of how you can help others as well. Not only does the hobby need more people like you, the whole world does.
 
We here in the great white north are sad to here what has happened to you with the dam IBD and people that just don't care about nothing but the $$$ .Here is hoping that you can rebuild and have a great collection like you once had .To Manny have IBD and still keep selling !!!! You have to be a Nerd to to such a thing. Some times that Red Hot deal is HOTTER than we wanted .Good luck and hope thing turn around for you all the best in 07 Paul Van Hooser AKA Bighill Reptiles :angry:
 
It really bothers me how greedy people can be. You are a prime example of a good person in this hobby/business, and I hope you can sue this bitch, hang her out to dry, and recover completely from the whole ordeal. Best of luck to you.

What did they die from?
Could you explain what happened and post any emails or other details?
