    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

And no mindy don't flatter yourself I'm not stalking you.. I was simply looking for where you posted my name and came across the post you just posted unDer Andy's name. Her posting that list is considered defamation and libel. No one ever posted anything about you that isn't true and most of us posted proof of what we said. If any of us have done anything wrong to be placed on your list please provide us and the world with proof please. I don't appreciate my name being posted for the world to see as part of a do not buy or sell from list without a valid reason and proof of that reason. You are on do not buy from or sell to lists yes but your there for a good reason and every single person who has you on their list has tons of evidence and proof as to why your listed. This thread is all the evidence anyone needs.

I went through my past posts and there's nothing on there that hasn't been said, hinted at, or suggested before.

Hunny, you just need to admit your wrong and get your animals tested and stop making lists.
 
Mindy, you are too funny! You will say something when we are incorrect about something but you still haven't answered for what you are doing about your animals. Did you or did you not have the tests done? If so, post the results and be done with this. You are not playing around with other kids your age, you are playing with adults and we know your game...so pony up the results already.

She already said there are no results because the test hasn't happened. She just didn't mean to say it and is now pretending it didn't happen. More reason that she doesn't like playing on a field she doesn't control. She's just not smart enough to cover her tracks when she doesn't have a manner in which to edit her posts.
 
I'm quite okay with being on her "bad guy" list. The only reason were on there is because we care about people's collections and don't want them buying from her when she doesn't even care enough to get her animals tested. And I'm okay not selling to anyone who worships and trusts her.

Joking about having IBD isn't funny, Mindy.

Julia,
Mindy has every right to express her opinion by making a list, and we can express ours as well. From what I've seen, those who agree with her are in a tiny minority, I think she made the list as a 'red herring' to pull attention away from the testing/disease/IBD issue because she realizes it is her own words, not ours, that have damaged her credibility so badly.

As much as I love seeing a stupid kid being put in her place, maybe some people shouldn't be so quick to toss around terms that they don't seem to fully understand. Unless her list is prefaced by a statement like, "People I've personally seen raping kittens", how's her blacklist any more libelous than our own comments? If it's simply her opinion that we should be avoided, she's well within her rights to say so. Before you bother sending copies of everything to your lawyer, you may want to heed your own advice:

Although the fact vs. opinion aspect may sometimes be a bit hazy, I'd probably avoid any attorney that implies that her list or posts are particularly actionable. Unless, of course, you like the prospect of simply throwing money away.
 
I just found out I'm on her "list" ... this amuses me, greatly.
I keep relatively few ball pythons, I breed boas.

Mindy and Andy are the last people I would buy from.

I also find it amusing that currently there is 23 members and 9 guests viewing this thread. One being Mindy herself.

So Mindy, are you going to do the tests and post the results?
 
I have seen this list and have to say, as I did in her Facebook post, it is quite childish. Most of the names on it are of very good people in this hobby and have a lot to offer. Her thoughts and actions seem to be hanging her even more.
 
It is amazing how something this easy to resolve, has turned into 541 posts. All Mindy had to do was test Dexter and post the results; instead, she lashes out, calls us childish under the guise that Andy said it and continues to blame others for her misfortune.

Frankly, if anyone is being childish, it is she and perhaps Andy. Andy could make an account and post here ... it is easy. If he was an adult and concerned about his business, he would, instead of sending a teenager to relay his words.

I have no desire to call anyone and listen to why they think they are right.

Her accusing us of crimes we didnt commit is libel. not to mention slander is spoken not writen. By her posting our names on her list then stating that the reason we are on it is because we stalk her, slander her name etc isnt libel?

And I agree she is trying to divert everyone's attention away from the fact that she posted proof that the tests still have not been done. I agree we need to bring our attention back to mindy getting the tests done and posting the results. sorry for letting her pull my attention away from the real issue here. ADHD at its finest lol I'll work harder at keeping my attention on the real issues here!

What Mindy fails to realize it that the reptile community is made up of a lot of people who look out for others. Why she thought posting this would remain secret is beyond me. It looks like anyone who questioned her made her list. Based upon some of the names on the list, I would consider this a "good guy" list and not the "blacklist" she makes it out to be to her followers.
I said it before.....she could have had a good future in reptiles but instead she has chosen to destroy her reputation.....really sad.

I'll simply say that you clearly don't have a mind for intricacies, whether pertaining to grammar or tort law. Despite my sole legal training consisting of childhood memories of watching Matlock, even I could put forth a reasonably convincing argument against your assertion that she's explicitly calling you a stalker; or that it's even defamatory for her to opine that she's being stalked. Point is, don't be so quick to think there's anything even vaguely black and white about our legal system. Mindless bluster can be costly. Good luck with that. :thumbsup:

Absolutely nothing. At this point, she has zero credibility. The way I see it, test results are now completely moot. Based purely on her own words and actions, there's more than enough reason for people to choose to avoid her. She may continue to benefit from hiding out on Fakebook pages in which she has editorial privileges; but I have to believe that she'll be blacklisted by any reasonably objective person who reads this thread - test results be damned.
