In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

"MnJ" Snake, Tortoise, Reptile Rescue - VA ???

Their site is down again. Yesterday, they had this:

It also appears this guy was carrying a handgun illegally in the state of Pennsylvania. Even if he had a conceal carry permit for VA, PA does not recognize it. http://www.saf.org/reciprocity.html

Which means if he was carrying at Hamburg, he commited a felony. If he left the gun in the car or worse, the hotel, he would run risk of having it stolen. You can see on the Hamburg Venomous show video that he had the handgun in the hotel in PA laying on the nightstand.

I have to apologize, eveidently the site quoted it out of date. According the to VA state police they do practice CC reciprocity with PA.

According to him, he is a "bail enforcement agent licensed in the state of Pennsylvania".

He continues to say that he would arrest anybody that tried to assault him at the show.

Do they have the Baker Act up there? Seems that would be the most appropriate legal action with this nut job.

Management Wants Man To Remove Pet Reptiles From Condo

POSTED: 3:44 pm EDT March 31, 2008

ALEXANDRIA, Va. -- An Alexandria man is fighting to keep his collection of snakes and other reptiles in his family's condominium, but property management says they have to go.

In 11 aquariums, Nick Ignacio has ball pythons, two and half foot lizards, a bearded dragon, mice and frogs. The animals share his sixth-floor condo with his fiancée and 2-year-old son.

The condo's covenants committee wants the reptiles gone in six months and has made rules to keep them in their aquariums.

"I'm not allowed to take them out of their cage, which is neglectful if I were to not do that, because they need to be taken out to be bathed," Ignacio said.

"Most disturbing, it says we're not allowed to bring in anymore crickets, which four of our reptiles only eat live crickets," he added.

The reptiles have been with Ignacio at the condo for two and a half years, but his YouTube postings showing him holding them have drawn the attention of neighbors and property management.

The property manager said the reptiles are a pet rules violation. The rules are specific about the number and type of pets allowed.

Ignacio said they should be likened to fish in an aquarium and are not a danger.

"The bylaws don't pertain to exotic pets, and that's unfortunate because we've had these here for two and a half years and we've taken in many and given them to good homes, to people that can take care of them, and they pose no harm to anyone," Ignacio said.

If the animals are not removed in six months, Ignacio will lose cable and pool privileges and will stop receiving packages.

A list of Prof. lic. from PA. with the last name Ignacio. Anyone see bail enforcement agent or Lawyer on there anywhere????

I did not think so.

So just to make sure, I called PBUS, they are similar the National Association of Realtors, except for Bondsmen. They ran is name, he is not in their system, and they told me just to make sure contact the Pa. Dept of Insurance, sure enough.

Never heard of him.

I have just been informed that I am now a subject of one of his videos for "threatening him". I shall quote myself as such "If you guys are watching this and have something to say, I'll be at the next manassas show as a vendor and I am not hard to find." from the thread in question. This was not a threat, if you look at my past posts, I prefer face to face contact rather than fighting like idiots on the internet. I'm not going to post a snazzy video or flash some handguns and certainly will not stick my hand in a venomous enclosure to feel like a badass. I am no badass, but I'm certainly not afraid to discuss an issue in person. Hell, he may convince me he is on the level, who knows. I doubt we will ever know at this point.

OK I want to applaud Nick on his Snake hook idea, very inventive. Normal going rate is about $5 for those rollers and around $20 for Fiberglass 4ft extensions he has 2 of each for a total of $50.

40in hooks from the bean farm are $23 each for a total of $46 dollars.

Granted I could be wrong and he got some super cheese pvc extension poles, and those are usually around $10

I always hope for the best and prepare for the worst. I handle large snakes, and I know when I have to use a hook with a ten foot Boa, I sure as hell don't want it to be made of plastic and have any chance of failing.

I know you are all like a hook with a boa? This one was not handled often, so it does tolerate human contact very well, so I am cautious with it after being bitten by it several times.

Guys I seen the vid about him and the hook. Them hooks would not be safe for hots either way. There are certain size hooks for reasons. And them hooks do not give you control over the snake. That is why people make snake hooks for sale. But you all know this so I do not need to go over it.

But I do not agree with that video either. I am now going to just stop. Not sure what else to do.......................................

We all know this but does he?? Does his loyal following of 14 year olds, I think not. After all just go look at all the kind words they have put up on Seths Youtube page. I really shows a lack of intelligence on all the part of all his followers and I commend Seth for not saying a word back.
