    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Not sure if you read my posts. I called and talked to him(Nick). I really gave him some sound advice but I see he is not taking it. I can take a hint that he does not want to take advice from a person that has more knowledge on the subject.

I just will not get into a pissing match with him.

Obviously not Gary he is going to just act like a moron, and his little cult is showing their a$$es as well all over Seth's youtube account. That's cool, after all he made a video, telling all about Seth's alleged medical condition. This falls under defamation of character, if this dude is worried about the price of snake hooks. He should be getting on making an apology video post haste.

Surely a fella who says he is educated and a lawyer, would no better than that.
 
I saved the video to my hard drive, as did a couple of my friends. If there is anything that will break the camel's back, the video will be it.

I'll just say this, I sent out a lot of email today and placed a lot of phone calls.

I know how you feel. YouTube automatically created a little home page for my account, and now I've got 71 comments from Nick and his legion of kids. Its actually pretty entertaining.
Unfortunately, we can't go around using the word 'sue' and 'lawsuit' every time we get fired up at someone over the internet.

I do have a slew of videos and all of his emails though, and when I finally reach someone here in Alexandria that can do something about Nick, I'll be well equipped.

If anything, he has made a video that refers to me by first and last name claiming I am schizophrenic. This video was clearly not made as a joke, and could affect me, as well as my family name and career. It just so happens that it is posted publicly on the most popular site on the web.

Believe me, man, I'm working on it. This kind of thing doesn't happen overnight. I really appreciate all the support I've gotten from you all.

First of all after knowing about Nick videos and his horrible husbandry for a long time. First off all his need to be rescued and found good homes. Also from his new site does he think people are just plan dumb and didn't read what he had written up before. I would just hope the herp community after seeing how he cares for his reptiles wouldn't sell to him at expos. God forbid anyone dropping of rescues and special needs....

I am totally disgusted by all of this. Who are these idiots and why do they think they will get away with this? I have been watching some of his videos like watching a train wreck - I hate to look, but human nature compels me. Unfortunately, this idiot lives in my general area, but I have noticed that he has stopped posting on Craigslist in the Baltimore section, so that is good.
The name change is interesting. Is Joann the girlfriend/fiance/whoever that he says in one video that annoys him when she comes home? I wonder if she has an idea of the lovely things he has to say about her? Someone should call the number and ask for her and have a little discussion with her about it.
Hopefully this idiot and his entourage will be taken down soon. I will be at the Hamburg show on the 14th, and it seems he likes to attend. Maybe I will have to get Matt to say hello to him. And God KNOWS he will not be vending at any of my shows! He MIGHT be lucky to get through the door, and that would only be if he sneaks in under the radar....

  1. start off with misleading information (non-profit?, incorporated?, rescuers?, breeders?)
  2. repeat over and over: "The more negative things you say, the more business comes my way or the more popular I become."
  3. threaten to sue and attack innocent people to take the focus off yourself (video: bashing SethsExotics & Dave)
  4. change your name to avoid your shame

...yep, it's #4. It looks like we have a couple of real winners, here.
 
I just received this PM from someone who lists his name as Joe Stern:

I don't know who you are nor am I interested in what you are selling or doing. I came to this web sight because a guy named Nick is calling me and harassing my family because he thinks I'm you. Now I don't know if your lying about your name and where your from but, if you are I suggest you loose all of my info and change it. I read some of this "thread" And this Nick pissed me off so I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt and let you explain your name and info to me and how he got it. I obviously changed mine to register on this site (that he gave me on my CELL phone) just to see if you had stolen my identity. Kinda a dumb way to use it if you did. He called my house and my cell many times saying you have my info listed as yours. So explain this to me and tell me how I can get a hold of Nick so I can personally deal with him

I have no idea what this is about. I have very little information of mine on this site. My name, which is Adam Wolford, and my AIM(which I never use anymore), and email. I live in Chambersburg, PA, which is also on my profile. Other than that I have no idea why this guy would call you or anyone else thinking they are me. If you are expecting to get any personal information out of me, that will not be happening. If you want to get ahold of Nick I, check his youtube id Muffdaddy2 which has his email and other information for public display.
 
Now he says that "John Stern" is an alias he used to register for this site because his name is ALSO "Adam Wolford."

My guess is that Nick looked up "Wolford" in the phone book and got the wrong one, which is exactly like when he looked up "Meyrow" and found my parents instead of me.

But yes, an IP check would be helpful.
 
Well, if that's the case, I wish him good luck in finding me. I'm off the grid in alot of ways. I'm sure I can be found, but not without some serious effort.
