however as ususaly you dont now what your talking about...i had a person send me multiple death threats about meeting me at the hamburg show...i still have those saved incase anything does go down...so as a respectful warning to that person who would make a serious mistake i sid what i said and i Have plenty of right to say that...if someones attack me i would defend myslef and arrest them...does that some how in your backwards world seem unreasonable...have i threatened anyone here with detention? no...i have not...this particular indivudal sent me manhy pm for both hamburg show tlaking about stabbing me and my girlfriend..now listen closly im sure you will....in the state of virginia a threat of death or serious physical harm is a serious crime, a class 2 misdemenor...this included yes internet and text messageing...however as i assumed and still assume it was most likly a litte kid, and there no sense in persueing that and giving some young punk a hard time..but if thats the best you got...then i have no reason to disclose my credentials..do you have another?

You SPECIFICALLY stated in emails you are a lawyer, and that your family is a bunch of lawyers; you have stated on videos that you are a bail enforcement agent licensed in the state of Pennsylvania to carry a concealed weapon (or at least licensed in PA as a bail enforcement agent/officer); you have said you are a reptile rescue organization; you have used the name MandJ, Inc, which states you are a corporation. Now, can you please tell us how these statements were not lies? Point us in the direction to show us the truth.

Also, please explain the reasons for the constant website changes? As a business person, do you not see the detrimental effects doing a complete name change several times over in a short period of time can do to you? If you were MandJ, and now you are Joann's Rescue, how are people to know you are the same people? And why did you have to change your name in the first place? If you were truly a cornerstone in the community, then there would be no reason to use Joann's name, yours is good enough, right? There's this really neat website called "The Wayback Machine" where we can pull up screenshots of all your past endeavors with your website to show you the major changes you have had to do, JUST SINCE THIS THREAD STARTED! So if you are not hiding, then give us a good explanation for the name change of this cornerstone rescue?

Also, HOW can you be applying for 5013(c) status under both MandJ AND Joann's rescue at the same time? WHY would you do this? Can you give us some names of people you have had conversations with over this?

Also, a neat little question - if you have not registered the business (as it is a business if you are doing breeding) with the state of VA, what are you doing about your taxes? Sure, you can register and file as a sole proprietorship, but aren't you and Mike partners? Also, did you file a statement of fictitious name with the state since the last name of every person involved is not listed in the business name? You do know you have to do this even if you register as a sole proprietor, right? And even if you are a general partnership without a legal partnership agreement yet, you do still need to register with the IRS as a partnership so you can pay your taxes properly. Has this been done? From my research, no, it has not. So, pray tell, what about legally paying your taxes from any income on the breeding? And technically, since you are not 501(c)3 status yet, you are having to claim some sort of income to pay taxes on that too, correct? You HAVE thought of all of this, right, Nick? You ARE doing the right thing by the government, RIGHT, Nick?

Nick the BOI has worked over and over again finding the scammers and scum bags in the hobby. I always find it funny when people are shown to be Liars, scammers and bad businesses people. There the first to talk crap about Fauna. But if its a good guy post they love the site. The BOI works trust me. Now please Nick before taken in any rescues try talking to some of the professionals in the hobby and learn proper husbandry for the ones you have. If anyone in the hobby thinks you are caring for them right I have yet to hear anything. First, the spell check obviously did not work. If you are trying to do it on your own, stop. There's a button at the bottom next to "Submit Reply" and "Preview Post" that says "Spell Check" which I would use. Also, if you see little red lines under your words, that means something is wrong too. Fix it before posting. Nice attempt though, it is a step in the right direction.

I. MRS. Kordek (you get that title when you are married), was speaking NEGATIVELY about you (proper grammar is wonderful, look up the word adverb), simply because you are a total idiot. See, there I go again, speaking about you in a NEGATIVE way (see how those 2 words work now?).

I would have someone say hello to you (when did I ever use quotes to imply a threat, by the way?) for the same reason that someone called you to try to make you see your ways - to help you progress in life in a positive way. And yes, I said HE (Matt) could say hello because you have already stated in a video that you come to the shows armed with a gun, and I would not put myself in that position alone, especially seeing how you are online. God knows what you are like in person. You have already made bold threats to someone about your intentions with your firearm if you feel threatened on a public video, and I was in no way planning on approaching you on my own to try to speak with you. And even more, the way you view the BOI and it's participants, I would be scared to death to tell you I am one of them, and actually SUPPORT and RESPECT people like Seth for their efforts to bring you down.
By the way, it still stands - you will NEVER vend at my shows, and there will be a picture of you at the admission booth for the people working that area to make sure it is known you are not to be let in the door for any reason. I might even pass out fliers to my vendors warning them about you so that you are not sold anymore animals that you will not take care of.

As far as you not having any control over the rescue, can you please explain that? From my understanding, you are partners with Mike, correct? What type of partner are you? Is it strictly financial? Is your part simply taking care of the animals since they LIVE in your condo under YOUR care? Personally you may want to rethink this arrangement with your good buddy Mike since you are apparently taking a huge part of this onto yourself but yet have no control over anything else. Somehow you are involved, so you might want to check on how things are set up financially being a business partner since you ARE liable to the government no matter what.

Personally, if my business partner, in any way shape or form, decided to act in the way you have online in posts or videos, I would be seriously rethinking my partnership. It would take me about 4 seconds to make the decision on what to do with you though...

Ok i am here you wanted me here well you got me here let me state i suck at grammer and always have i was never no good in english while i was in school i was to busy with other things which i wish i paid more attention now. anyways i am done with this rescue i have been every since this drama started my wife told me no to stay with since we did find that there is nothing against the law to run a small rescue and yes we have checked with a few rescues and the county and even asked a lawyer about this matter to make sure we was not doing nothing wrong this time. When we started this we did not know saying non profit ment you needed to have 501c3 status we had no idea so we changed that and the website was taking down because i got tired of all this b.s and that when i first put it up i did not relieze some of the things i did was wrong and i corrected it right then and there no questions. I have talked to a few of you on here and explained the situation but some of you here insist on bad mouthing us because Nick is our friend. Let me tell you something ok and to set it straight Nick is not part of this rescue he has only helped out time to time thats all and the reason we did not come on here in the begining is because we know how forum people only wants more drama to feed there lives but i had no choice in this matter to finially come here and let you all know. Me nor my wife has caused any of you trouble and we are not intending to cause noone trouble we are not here for that we are here to help reptiles period like i said at the begining ok there was a right to post about the rescue because it was wrongly done and i looked into it alot and found i made grave errors in doing so because the lack of knowledge but now since i have talked to alot of other rescues around the area i found the proper way of going by it so my wife can do this like she wants to and another thing about breeding i called the county about the buisness license and they told me we could get one no problem since the zoning in my area is right to run it and also she stated we did not need one if we are not up and running yet which we are not we are still building and still preparing we have not and never have sold one snake from breeding we have adopted a few snakes out yes but to local people in our area but we are finding out not alot of people want to adopt larger snakes and this is a big consern also for me because if people do not want them what would the other people do with them if there was no rescues out here for them? Anyways like i stated before i did not want to come here to explain anything to anyone knowing all i am going to get is bad talked even more and probally made fun of because of my gramer hopefully thats not the case i am just taking my time to explain to you all that Nick has no part in this rescue and asking could you lay off him about the rescue i am sure you all got plenty other stuff to talk to him about then a rescue. Just leave my wifes things out of it she has done nothing to noone and if you would like to call me to talk i am all for it i am a easy guy to get along with or email me and ask me questions i will let you know anything you would like to know. As i said at first i was all for this rescue but after all this it turned me away from it but my wife still wants to do it so i will help her out every way possiable after all she is my wife so i got to but we have checked with local law enforcement and animal control and rescues and the county about laws pretaining to a small rescue and there is no law against it.
