    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Whatever, Mike. There was an identical ad on there this morning. It was worded the same as all your others EXCEPT that it was missing the "MnJ" part. Go figure. I reported it here, and POOF! it was gone.

Nick I will say this though and I doubt I'm the only one who can see this.. You seem to be getting a high from the attention you received from your vids and now from this thread. It's obvious that until all of this you never got any attention from others, which is a sad thing. But this attention will pass and you'll be right back where you were. You see yourself as being Famous at the moment but in reality you have a small amount of infamy right now and that is all you have.. Your last few post have gotten worse as you try to hang onto what little you have, the bottom of the slippery sloap you're on is coming up fast and poof you'll be forgotten..

It might be in your interest to read some of the Bad guy threads here , you'll see that your latest attempts at insults ETC ETC have all been done before and with the same result. Also why you're at it read the rules here as it is likely your post and possibly yourself will be saying bye bye .. So it's time to either pull your head out of your copious butt or keep on towards the train wreck your are speeding towards.

I know i wouldnt want this guy defending me if he was my lawyer, thats for sure. The judge would have him tossed out of the courtroom.

Besides, one would probably do a better job defending themsef than having this clown by their side.

I will be real honest. Nick seemed like a nice person on the phone. He was very respectful. Like I posted about our talk. He seemed like he just wants to make his vids fun. I told him you can make them fun and correct. Becuase bad info will kill animals.

YOu being a friend of Nick maybe you can talk to him about just turning down the tone a bit.

If it was not for the bad info and the attacks his vids would be great for the kids! Really! And I do not think anyone here would argue that.

Nick ask anyone here. I am not afraid of them turing on me. They all know I call it as I see it. And your last vid is over board. You can not say so and so did this so I will do that. You say I am not mature? I told you I would not get into a name calling little kid fight with you.

But with your recent vid I feel you can not take that step. The step is there. All you have to do is take it.

You complain about Fauna attacking people. your vids are full of attacks.

The first thing that you need to learn is that you can not just sue anyone for any reason. The other thing about this is that we are the show owners; therefore I can legally ban any person from my shows. If you think this is a problem then call your lawyer and let him explain to you how I am not breaking any laws. As far as all the other things you have to say, keep talking like a 5 year old and then no one will ever respect you or any of your dealings. You talked before about threats, well sir here is another threat to me and maybe I should be the one contacting a lawyer. Oh yeah I forgot I am the adult one here.

You talk about all that is ever done is cry and whine, well all I have to say about that is look at most of the post that you have made, if you are not doing that then you are threatening someone. Grow up because I am getting really sick of the bawl baby game. Face the world like a man or run and hide like a mouse.
 
My personal issues with the scenario are as follows:

1. MNJ is neither incorporated nor a non-profit. When you add reptiles to that mixture it can be just one more nail in the coffin for the people who work dilligently every day to take our animals away from us because it can be considered a fraudulent endeavor.

2. Poor advice and cavalier handling of venomous reptiles on video when your core audience is children is inexcusable. Had just one child seen your video and found a copperhead in the wild and disrespected it as you did in your video and there would be another news story, which just like above is another nail in all of our coffins. As you know, you would get the blame regardless as the adult influence.

3. The constant immature, poorly constructed, and highly abusive responses to posts dumbs down the whole industry. I have this same problem with ALOT of people and posts on this BOI, but how many boards have you guys been banned from? People world wide loath the sound of your name.

If the issues were rectified I would be praising you as a resource for young herpers and potential herpers to get their feet wet in this arena. I really hope you get the fact that every time these things happen you hurt us all, and make it just a little bit easier for the enemy to legislate our animals away.

I am waiting for a call from your lawyer the day you show up at one of my shows and are not allowed in. And if I do post a picture of you for my show security to see so that they know you are not allowed in, please let me know which law specifically I am breaking. I just wish I had the time or patience to go find your post about how people are stupid to sue, etc.
As far as my big mouth, I apologize if it gets in the way of keeping BAD people out of this wonderful hobby and it offends anyone.
As far as my relationship with Seth, this is the first time I have ever spoke of him, I do not know him in person or online, but can say I respect what he has done and said in this particular case. Does that make us lovers? Wow, then all I can say is Seth, I hope it was good for you too. Also, I guess it's time to find a good divorce attorney according to Matt.

this hobby involves living things that we need to take care of, this hobby is growing everyday with new fellow or even younger owners, and the information is spread rapidly, and i just feel that a guy like Nick doesn't belong in this hobby, and whatever is going to be done about this situation, it's going to be through this, Seth is somebody that i can respect a lot, because he took something that I've been doing for a long time and is taking it to the next level
and can i just comment that all my friends at school laughed for a very long time after Nick's most recent videos where me and Seth were mentioned
