In other words you DID claim to be a corporation as you were the one to put it in your domain registry that you were an "Inc." Now please, what state did you file your papers of incorporation in for the business entity known as "M&J INC." ??? At the very least no such papers were filed in VA (someone already tried looking for that very public information). So at least as far as VA is concerned, you are not a corporation as you claimed and are now trying to hide that fact. If this is true about him That is a step in the right direction. I would work though on his older vids.

Why. People only see the vids and he gives out a lot of info about his knowledge on the vids.

1) he either thinks it is all true

2) He is lieing to get views

I hope you are right and he is changing his ways. I would love for him to admit he is wrong and just dump the bad vids.

You left out the part about thinking you had a fool proof get rich quick scheme where you could con people out of their unwanted animals for nothing and sell them at market prices without any quarantine period, vet inspections etc and by claiming you are a rescue you might even be able to con people into giving you the equipment you need to pull off the scam.

You also fail to realize that you are known by the company you keep.
As Mr. Orner pointed out if your partner speaks it is the same as you speaking. If he sperads lies and bad info it is YOU spreading lies and bad info.

I think you are missing his point.

You apologized and stated you didn't have the knowledge. While I think it's great that you admit that you made the mistakes and now are correcting them but at the same time making statements denying that they occurred on the new site takes away the believability that there is any meaning in the apology and the statements that things will be done correctly.

Look at it from the point of view of someone just reading here.

You or your wife stated that you were a corporation when you register your site. Fact, right?

You get so mad at everyone here for being against the so called rescue, probably meaning you adopt out animals you cannot use for breeding and you use the money from the adopted out animals to fund the breeding. Sounds like a good business plan. It just seems to me like you're missing the big picture in all of this. It is one thing to get into a little tiff with someone and try to bury the hatchet, but this is different. I don't know Nick and I don't care to know him so nothing needs to be settled, but when he's going around saying the things he says and using the rescue name, whether he's part of it or not he has ruined the credibility of the rescue, at least to the people on here. You can say what you want, but when you're friends with someone like that, who really knows if you're genuine or if it's all a front b/c your buddy/partner screwed up your big scheme. You don't really need to prove anything to us though b/c I don't think any of us who have posted or read this would ever give you guys anything, but maybe you'll at least learn from your mindless partner's mistakes. We truly don't know him nor you, this is the internet so we only have so much to judge from and first impressions say a lot and I must say my first impression is sticking and won't be changed, but good luck in your so called rescue/business.
