Actually, Mike it did work. No Fauna reader with a pulse will ever be a customer of yours. If you weren't looking to be a 'huge name' in this business, then you wouldn't be making videos to address your 'fans.' As far as legal actions go, yes, I did try, and no, you clowns didn't technically break any laws. However, the second you fools mess up, everyone is going to know about it. It still blows my mind that I called animal control to report this scam and I didn't have to say anything. They knew everything, Mike, everything. Not a good way to start out in the biz, brother.

Since I started looking into your rescue, I have discovered nothing but lies. At various points in time:

1. You claimed you were a corporation. The first website was registered to MnJ Inc. There is record (WHOIS) of it, you can't deny this.

2. You claimed you were a non-profit organization. There were posts on craigslist that claimed that. They might be expired by now, but I know what I saw, as did everyone else.

3. You took down the website and changed names three times, each time with a different URL. If you weren't doing anything shady, why bother?

4. You claimed to be working with over 10 different species. Yet Gary asked you which locale your scrubs were, and you didn't know what he was talking about. Retics? Really? Where? LIAR.

5. You knowingly associate with a raving lunatic. The more I read into this, the more I think he has you brainwashed into worshiping him. You are that dumb and impressionable. He claimed that YOU and HE are lawyers. I have the emails to prove it. LIAR.

6. On top of all these lies, you made a video where YOU said you were going to breed a boa that you 'rescued." WRONG. ETHICALLY WRONG...for an organization the presents itself as the savior of neglected snakes.

You are a LIAR and Nick is a LIAR. Everyone who has looked at more than five posts in this thread knows you are a LIAR and that you know very little about proper husbandry or ethics in business.

I pointed out the wrongs in just a fraction of the stuff I have seen you guys do. It did nothing.

I thought that this thread was going to settle on the bottom of the BOI. After nearly 700 replies, the truth on Mike and Co. was out in public and he continued to come on here and play innocent. I saw the post from craigslist that Wraith posted on June 18. I also saw Mike appear on the BOI three minutes later to 'defend' himself by denying that he was the author of the post that Wraith pulled off craigslist. Mike is obviously still watching this thread. If he was as innocent as he claimed, and not scamming for free snakes, he would have let this go a month ago.

After all the things Mike said about making newbie mistakes and learning from others, blah, blah, blah, I truly wanted to find out if he was telling the truth or not. On that same day, June 18, I sent an email from one of my accounts to the anonymous email account provided by craigslist that was linked to the ad- the same ad posted by Wraith on this thread. For those of you needing verification, the email address I used was [email protected]. If you send an email to that address, I guarantee you will get a response from nobody other than me.

Here is the entire email transaction that took place over three days. You will have to read all the way down to find out what I found out.
