In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I'm a 2 year old Domestic Short Hair, spayed female, indoor-only kitty. I am up to date on my vaccines. I am vomiting, and I haven't pooped in about a week...but I still have an appetite.

My mom brought me to the vet today...I had an XRay...

Could you tell me what I ate?

Nope, nope, and nope.

Ok i'll give a clue. This cat lives in a house with women only. Cats have been known to eat this particular object quite often.

Think! ;)

The condoms guess was a very good guess, though. I'll give one more clue. This particular object is about the same size as a condom.

I give up! lol

No cat that I have ever had has done this. But then, I TRAIN my animals. lol I have no clue what cats are "known" to eat. Mine have always ate their cat food or whatever I have given them.

LOL.

SIMPLY...hair.

What do you do with your hair on an every-day basis?

With that....I am going grocery shopping. Enjoy.

One of those little hair elastics? I can certainly picture Vinnie trying to eat one if I left it around.

CORRECT!

Two, actually. Daughter had kitty in her room, and the precious purple hairbands were missing the next morning.... A few enemas, 36 hours, and a few hundred dollars later, "Mitts" passed the hair bands in a bowel movement this morning. Mitts went home this afternoon, and mom is never going to allow her daughters to wear their hair in ponytails ever again.

Hey, at least it was better than the $1000 I quoted her for, for exploratory surgery!

Yikes, poor kitty. One enema is hell, I can't imagine several.

Thankfully you're incredibly observant and had her in there before it could get ugly. That's one lucky kitty.
