    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I thought I'd take some updated shots of Midnight, unfortunately he started lightening up as soon as I pulled him out. The top pic is the start of the photo shoot the mid pic is at the end, and the third pic is there just because he was looking cute. So far the mid pic is about as light as he gets. The last shot is an in cage shot of one of my girls. I'm pretty sure she's his mom; she was white when I got her :shrug01:

Most of these guys got posted last week, but this time the sun was out. There's Patch my "pinto patternless", a RW I hatched out last year, and a pink-tailed Tremper I hatched out in '03; hopefully all will get paired up next year. The "pile" consists of my Petco tang, RWPA, RW jungle het PA and tang RW het PA.

Nest I've got my stripe male who times his sheds to coincide with every photo shoot I've done. My carrot tail male who was feeling brown today, and the male Petco tang I got last year. So far I've got eggs from the Stripe and a jungle RW and the Petco tang and a RW. They all got paired up late because I was waiting for the females to get up to size so most of the girls were already done ovulating by the time groups were put together.

Next is a very unhappy Hector (I always feel bad taking the albinos out in the sun) and a couple of shots of one of my bell blizzard crosses. Hopefully I can find a male to pair her and her sisters up with next season.

They look like trouble, I hope I never meet them in a back alley.

WOO HOO...someone is posting a ton of pics....and it's not me!!! That's a great looking gang. I love the gecko pile-up

Great shots, Alice! Does your "pinto" have the same marks on the other side (armpit and foot) as well? Is it common to have "leftover" color in these areas? I'm curious because this is common in leopard Appaloosas, often they will have solid (dark) "armpits" and lower legs even when the rest of them is white.

Love the gecko pile-up, especially the little jungle on the bottom.

The marks are only in the one side. Leos occaisionally get odd splotches of dark pigment. These splotches can show up anywhere. I think that Kelli H determined that they were genetic in blizzards. I'm not sure if they're genetic in patternless leos. I've got some patternless hets who have similar but much smaller patches of pigment that I may try to breed him to next year. His markings just reminded me of a pinto :)
