In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

There's other good guy threads on Brian but non with his business name on the title so here it is.
Brian has top notch customer service period. The moment I inquired about his bp for sale he decided to call me instead of going back and forth on emails. Not only was communication excellent but I told him that once I get the snake I will switch it over to rats (it was currently eating mice) He held it for me for a few weeks and was offering scented rats to the snake to make it easier for me.
I got the snake several days ago and it was Jaw Dropping. The YB Ghost I purchased from him couldn't look any better, that thing was glowing! Not to mention he already had his first meal here, a F/T rat without a problem
Do not hesitate to buy from Brian, top notch animals with top notch service.

I just completed a trade with Brian this past weekend. I traded a group of ball pythons for a group of tortoises that Brian had. All of the tortoises are doing great and were exactly as described. Brian was a pleasure to deal with and I hope we can do more business again in the future.
