    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Morrow Lee is a scammer

why would people buy anything, or even consider it, from this guy (and so many others like him)?

you "know" that you aren't going to get the "Axanthic" advertised, but as long as you get "something" worth "$200" you are willing to give it a go...

is this some kind of qualifier test for the mental midget olympics?

i'm sorry, but if you KNOW he is crooked, and you still think you will "get over", then you deserve to get burned. you would be the customer made for this seller. a perfect match.
 
As far as his phone number it is 1606-832-0380. And as far as Ritchie's question of axanthic,s no. I was interested in his 4.7 of sub adult balls. On the phone he then tried to sell me a pair of 100% het for albino ball's for an extra $200. He has papers and all. I knowing that they cost more for the pair figured something was up and refused. He even went so far to email me the breeder of the hets with the email address of the man to check it out. I passed and still was going to by the 4.7 thinking someone got over on him. Not thinking he was the bad guy. But in the end he was the bad guy . As far as the last post by Robyn, I think you are a joke. A man lost a couple hundred and you call him a mental midget. I think you were also refering to me and anyone else who delt with him. To make statements like that are ignorant. To say you deserve to get burned after someone has got burned and lost money. That is just rude. So I wish nothing but the worst in life for you and I personally hope you get scammed some day.

Ok....but if you have called and talked to him at 1-606-832-0380, then he is at 556 Mountain Breeze Rd, Jenkins, KY 41537 because that is where the phone # is registered to.

By the way, McRoberts and Jenkins are less than 10 miles away from eachother so one of the addresses probably belongs to his friend because the phone # and address you have don't match.

sorry, this may be irrelevant at the moment, but i HAD to put my two cents in here! (i've been waiting for this guy to come up on the board.)

i had a deal with him for an axanthic ball also. however, i was getting a funny feeling about it because he always ignored my requests for information about the snake itself, and was REALLY concerned with how i was planning to send the $.

he also claimed to have pictures, but always sent me attachements and links that never worked. after a couple of days of this run around, i told him no thanks.

i didn't post about him at the time because he hadn't acutally scammed me (perhaps i should have... but i didn't want to blacklist someone innocent who simply had no business sense.) i'm not at ALL surprised to see him get nailed now, though.

"Petty thug" as par the state police....

I contacted the state police and they know this guy very well. He is a thug, a scam artist, and a down right bad guy. The police are on their way right now to contact him - Thus far its pretty grim... The best and so far only way to get him for this would be to submit a warrant, a thing that can only be done by going to KY. However, there are supposed to be new federal laws in regard to internet scams. The police are looking into that too being that this is a 'different' case for all of us that may have been taken. I represent a person that was not only scammed but weirded out by his "flirtatious" advances (even offering to drive the 1200 miles if the "benefits were desirable"). The police said hes harmless far as violence goes but still - Its the mere thought that this could go even worse (after all, he has her work and home address). Anyway, I'll keep people updated. HOWEVER - IF there are more people out there that were taken, no matter how much, it is IMPORTANT to call the police there and let them know at 606-435-6069. Tell them its about morrow lee and his internet scam for reptiles.

While Robyn's wording was a bit harsh, he does make a very good point. This "transaction" literally screamed scam from the get go. Following through with it, despite all the red flags, was nothing short of foolish. Hindsight is always 20/20 though.
 
i am not trying to be "mean" i just thought it took a lot of chutzpah to go into a blatantly bad deal, admit that you knew the guy was a scam, and then come on the boi and whine about a bad deal and ripoff. very foolish indeed.

and then funny that the dude was like "you're so rude Robyn" and be sensitive about it. if i did such doofy thing (and in hindsight, it HAS to look doofy, doesn't it?) i wouldn't let anyone know. i would take my lumps, drink the kool aid, and learn the lesson. but i wouldn't tell everyone about it and expect sympathy.

personal responsibility, and making the right choices. deal with reputable folks. period.

I am currrently dealing with this guy. A guy from a forum I chat at got ripped off...$200 was sent for an Axanthic ball python. The guy gave him the run-around, and well...no snake. So, I decided to play a little. *giggles* Yep, I'm going back and forth with him. He claims they have papers, but has NO pics or proof. Oh yeah, I offered him $600, hehe!! He's really anxious for me to send my money - western union. He also went so far as to send me a reference. He gave me some email address of someone he supposedly does a lot of business with and the guy emailed me back claiming to have bought over 100 snakes from Mr. Lee. Yeah right. This Steve guy also said that the only business he's done with Mr. Lee is over the phone...and that he's seen the blue and black Axanthic pythons. Yet Mr. Lee has NO pics?? How's that work?? The last email I sent was to his friend Steve telling him that if I saw pics of the snakes next to the papers, it was a done deal. No replies yet.

Do NOT buy from this guy!!! I contacted Reptibid as well...no replies yet.

While I've never dealt with Robyn, I'd do so in a heartbeat. Why? Because he andChad have some of the best animals around. Their reptutation ranks right up there with any other top-notch breeders you'll find...anywhere in the world. Heck, having just see pics of their facility was more than enough to convince me...not to mention I too saw pics of the guy and wouldn't want to cross him in a dark alley...let alone during daylight hours. :D

The rep of ProExotics is not unlike when you hear of VPI, Bob Clark, NERD, Serpenco, Ralph Davis, Rich Ihle, Bob and Collette at Ballpython.com, HISS, and others in the same top circles. Just hope nobody's offended by being named with any of the others of the list I just did...and I sincerely apologize for leaving so many off...just early and quick.

When he says something stinks, then he's probably dead on. I also like the way he calls a spade a spade. No wishy washy Bovine Scat from the guy. He wants to call reference me (in a roundabout manner even) as a mental midget, then I've probably earned that title due to some idiotic behavior on my part. And let's be honest, this one smelled like carp that had been tossed on the bank 3 days ago from the very beginning...a little fishy.

Looks like this is fraud that could fall under some form of wire fraud, being that funds were sent using Western Union. Also, they may have investigators who would be quite interested in this particular case. They may have ways of prosecuting themselves.

If it sounds too good to be true, then it's probably not true. If you figured it was a decent price for a normal adult bp, but the guy was just not bright enough to know an axanthic from a normal....why give him money?

Oh, well....lesson learned, and another bad guy is in pursuit.

There IS a bright spot: I hadn't heard someone use the word "doofy" in about 25 years, it made me laugh so hard I almost spit my coffee.

I got scammed by this guy as well. I sent him via Western Union $250, not counting the $32 Western Union fee, for a male Axanthic ball python. I thought the deal sounded too good to be true but he gave me this desparate story about how he had to get rid of the snake immediately before his wife, who is divorcing him, gets ahold of it. He had me send the money to WHITESBURG, KY. He picked the money up in just less than an hour so he wasn't very far away from there. He gave the name "Morrow Lee" to Western Union.

He said he was going to sent the snake to me via USPS. I advised him not to do that because it is highly illegal and he said for me not to worry that his aunt is the Postmaster so she fixes him up.

Once the snake did arrive several times after he'd promised he'd send it, I wrote a threatening e-mail to him saying I was going to press charges. Here's his response:

"ok....first of all it 1200 my time!! i just got out of jail! my ex screwed me!!! file charges!!! you go ahead abd do that! ill ship the damn snake monday and that is a promise! but the thing for you to do is to go file charges! hell i only live 1000 miles away ferom you! is all that worth $250! o yea, ill need a damn address to send this thing too!! "

I still did not receive the snake so I sent another unpleasant e-mail and here was his response:

"listen honey, file your complaints!!! hell yea....u emailed me 3 days ago, asking me to send your money back......no problem! i figured were u were upset u didnt wanna here my excuses!!! i sent you a money order on thursday, for your money and dropped anote, appolagizing for my incovience!!! your threatning me over something that is resolved!!! when u tell someone to mail your money back to you, you dont wait 3 days and tell them your filing this and filing that!!!! i sent your money thursday.....now thank you......let it be please........once again im sorry bout al this!!! thank you anyways!!!!!!! "

The money never arrived. Here is the last e-mail I received from him:

"and on a personal matter, its none of your business how many ads i put on the net, further more you slandered me by syaing"i put to more ads on the net to ake OTHER PPLZ MONEY" that is a felony....plz learn some business grammer...tyhnak you and god bless!!!!!!!!!!!!!! once again yourmoney is on the way to your mail box....thanks again!! ryan "

I just called the Kentucky State Police and filed a complaint as someone previously suggested. By the way, thank you for the State Police's phone number (to whoever posted that message). They were familiar with him.

I e-mailed ReptiMart almost 2 weeks ago to let them know about this scumbag but he's still advertising. They haven't done anything as far as I can tell. In their "Buyers/Sellers Forum" under "Bad Guy Reports," they have a long thread going on him as well so anyone who is interested may want to go check that out. http://www.reptiforum.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=2
