In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    Addendum: 01/10/2026
    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

This female is a cross of g.giant,s.f.,+citrus and has unbeleivably laid 9 clutches, all between 30-39 eggs. She was separated from the male after laying the 5th clutch but laid 3 more fertile and 1 infertile clutch for a total of 9.Here are 2 pics of her and some of the wide variety that she produced including a reduced scale citrus. You can see her size compared to my [skinny] leg.

Thanks Brandi,I kept her apart from the male each time she became gravid and she just swelled up like a balloon...I never dreamed[or intended ]that she would lay that many eggs.LOTS of food and rest now. Those pics are within 2 weeks of laying the 9th clutch.

You're quite welcome. Do you know how much she weighs, and how long she is? She sure is a healthy girl. :)

She's just a bit over 20"[her mom was bigger but laid fewer eggs]I don't have a weight,my scale broke quite a while back and I never replaced it.

Good thing they don't all hatch at the same time...I'd feel like Old Mother Hubbard going to the cricket cupboard...yes I will have a gaggle of them at the Pitt show, they always look forward to Uncle Dave peering down into their bins....they can smell the crickets.

Aw, I want to go to the show, just to see all your babies. I be they're going to be stunning!

You should get another scale. ;) She's a hefty one. I mean...Healthy; Yeah healthy. LOL

:lol01: I can picture them in coffee cups, shoes and cereal boxes. ;)

Poor poor girl, having 300 kids.
Imagine when it comes time for braces, and when all the girls start dating. Then time for college, 300 freshmen tuitions at once.

You'll regret it when all the kids and grandkids come home for Christmas. They'll number in the thousands by then.

Imagine if they all pooped at once.

The expulsion would be heard for blocks.

I raised beardies for 9 years, but I never had 300 babies in a season let alone from one female.
At the height of my breeding I was using 9,000 crickets a month, I feel for you, I really do. LOL

We go through 8,000 crickets a month, plus superworms. So I feel for you too Angie. I can only imagine how much your feeder bill is.
