    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Seller took my order 2 days ago. Has provided no tracking number, no communications either here on Fauna , Facebook or via email. Had to file a dispute with paypal to make sure they did not rob me of my 80 bucks.

Do not deal with these people as they are very quick to give quotes and take your money, but very slow to respond after payment has been made.

Would have been perfectly willing to wait, however when a seller completely disappears after taking a payment, that usually equals a scam.

I would be doing a huge injustice to all the other buyers if I didn't warn you of what went on with my transaction.

Can you please post copies of the messages that you sent the seller?

2 days may seem a little short to start a bad guy thread, maybe just an info or inquiry would have been more appropriate?

Also did you research these people before sending them your money?
 
I agree with Laura. Also, what did you order for $80 and when did y'all agree it was to be sent to you? Could it in fact be en route?
 
Again, Jon, what did you buy? Post your emails. So far this is all pretty vague.

I received the payment, thank you. I will have them shipped out tomorrow, I'll send an email after they have been shipped.

2 Days ago. It could be in transit, but since i payed with paypal, and if they use paypla to buy the label, paypal sends me a shipping email with tracking number.

The item is not in transit unless the chiseled out the shipping label in stone.

The whole point here is I used this site to purchase a product. A buyer has a reasonable expectation of service. I own a few business's and if i took payment, and did not deliver the goods as expected, as agreed upon. I would not be in business very long.

Not shipping the item tellls me (1) they are not serious about there sales here.
(2) They probably don't have what it is I ordered anyways.
(3) That hiding and not even giving a reply to the facebook, email, fauna messages, and this BOI that they have no intentions of answering. Funny how someone sits and is eager to get paid for selling something, then disappear after you paid.
 
That is not a reasonable expectation of service i use in my business's. You pay me, you get service, The items leave when i promised and the show up. It does not get any simpler than that. If you cant do that, don't post for sale ads, and don't respond to want ads.

I'm having a hard time believing you guys think how they have operated reasonable and honorable.
 
So the seller took your order 2 days ago
Said she could ship yesterday.
Might in fact have shipped yesterday.
Seller gets a bad guy thread because you did not get a tracking number.
 
It has been two days since we first spoke. I only just got on the computer for the first time today today. You never ONCE sent an email/message that I did not respond too. Last I have from you was "thanks :)" I never received any facebook messages or anything until just now when I got on to find out you have slammed me not only here, but my facebook page, which has nothing to do with this. I DID erase a comment maybe 20 mins ago with a link to this thread, I wanted to take a deep breath and sort this with out my friends/ beardie customers being involved.

Your shipment was shipped YESTERDAY, which is pretty timely since you only contacted me two days ago. Which was part of our agreement.
You have disputed with pay pal before you contacted me, to me, it seems you are going to get your dubia and take your money too. Now, I'm going to call pay pal and figure out what to do. I am not sure how you want to handle this, either you send back all 1K plus the over count or you call pay pal and fix it. I think the real BIO here is YOU.

If you want your tracking number, try PMing me... I have it here in my hand, got it yesterday when I got back from the post office. The one and only thing I will admit to doing is wrong is getting caught up in a fun reptaid contest yesterday and not sending the tracking number ASAP. If you would have just PMed me, I would have been happy to send it to you. So no I don't print labels pay pal, I go to the actual post office.

I have an ordered that is almost 2 weeks late from another seller here on Fauna, unlike you, I waited, gave them time and sorted it out. YES 2 weeks is a horrible amount of time, but I'm not out to cause issues with people.
I'm not disputing my money with them. And for a fact, I do very much care about what my customers think and have yet to have a problem with anyone, selling dubia or selling my dragons. I'm absolutely shocked and really angry about all of this. I have MY dragon customers contacting me trying to find out whats happening. I find it interesting you can make this thread, slamm me there, but NEVER ONCE contacted me yesterday...
 
I am not going to take any roaches and run. You did indeed get messages here on Fauna, and we sent messages on facebook as well as on your wall. I have no issues dropping the dispute and releasing the money back to you.

Had I gotten a tracking number, we would not even be here. I will put just as much energy into a retraction of my comments as i did in complaining.

Now as far as paypal is concerned. Once you enter a tracking number for the purchase on their site, they will drop the dispute.I spoke extensively with them this morning to ensure that if they showed up, you were paid.
