In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Msk...what kind of Crap is this?...lol

Okay,

So how do you like THIS for beginners luck? I'm guessing its not always as good as everyone thinks. Alright anyways, i had this female leopard gecko. I put her with my male and they bred. So then i noticed my female acting wierd and she started losing weight so i seaprated them. I had someone interested in her and i didn't want to ship her so we agreed for him to come pick her up. So the guy comes to my house and while in my room getting the gecko he noticed and old rack, a 10 gallon tank and some cage accessories. He purchased all of it from me. Well that sounds good but what happened next is the "begginers luck" part...lol

Okay so I email the guy a few days later just to check up on her. The Leo had laid her eggs TWO days after he picked her up....lol :raspberry ...I waited all that time to get her egggs and then next thing i know someone is picking her up and she laid two perfectly healthy eggs two days after arriving at his home.

Hows THAT for beginners luck?...lol

Sorry I had to share, but i was bored and thought i would post some of my former reptile stories.

I would consider that beginners luck or good luck on the purchasers part, assuming he was ready for the eggs. And, bad luck on your part. :hehe:

thanks for sharing

lol...thats SO not fair...but then again i've heard "lifes not fair" all my life. Oh well im finally getting my payback...I have an awesome boa on the way so i guess it makes up for those two eggs...BUT GR i wish i had them...lol

Hope the stress on her didnt make her lay early. I don't understand why someone would ever want to ship when its a possibility to pick up, nor why someone would sell a female they know is gravid.

I don't understand exactly what you're saying. The guy did come pick her up and i thought she was going to lay before the scheduled pickup, but she didn't. She definitely did NOT lay early. It took her 3 and a half weeks to lay. The guy said her clutch looks fine.

am i the only one who expected to see a picture of some crap?

maybe with the caption "i found this in my gecko cage and it sure doesnt look like gecko crap".

:lol01: lmao chad! well it wouldn't be the first time someone posted a huge pic of some nasty gecko poo in here. (ROBIN!)
