What I don't get is that it upsets you now about your orders not being right, but back when you received them, you weren't upset enough to just simply call them or email them? Why didn't you just do that? In times like that, you need to call or email until you reach someone and if the company is a good company, they will fix it and send you out what you should have received to begin with. If this was me in your situation, I would not have stopped pursuing the matter until my order was correct.
Even though I am not a Rodent Pro customer and perhaps never will be as I have been a Big Cheese customer since they started, I am sure that Rodent Pro would have taken care of things. Money doesn't grow on trees, so your orders that had huge mistakes in them should have been made public to them. It is all about good business from both the customer and the seller. Duh.
