    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

A lot of people thought very highly of Matt at MGReptiles too. But when he was wrong everyone let him know.

You are wrong for not contacting them with any problems first. And now everyone is letting you know.
 
I just have a few questions and opinions on all this... The invoice you had showed us said you ordered weanilings and meduims right? but you had said weaniling and large were what you ordered and were given xxl.... so what is the truth in those statements? I am too young to be a GOOD OLE Anything and I can see you have some type of personality issue you are way to hostile.... also in your post you kept mentioning an alternative rodent company why? I just can see the holes in all of the things you are saying. I do not spend alot on feeders but when I do they have always doen right by me and my mother orders from them to. I know the names of some of the people there because I write down who my sales person was.... so apparently knowing a name does not mean anything.Why do you keep saying the same post over and over it is not a defense to how you acted it is childish and coming from an under 20 person believe me if I kow it is childish I bet everyone else does to. You seem to think everyone is ganigin up on you and that is not the case but before you start complaining on a company give them a chance to fix it. I would never want to do business with anyone who would not allow for a mistake and the chance to fix the error. I have looked on kingsnake and a few other places and it seems you have issues with a lot of things and people... from my limited experience I have found that if you know 100 people and have problems with them all then the problem is you.

I think its clear that these guys selectively apply double standards when it suits them. Hey, if I paid 2k for that $350 YB 14months ago, I'd want to protect my own too.

I get it Daytona's coming up and Dennis, Matt, Jim, Casey and the rest of them maybe want to keep the ball rolling?

Yes you all are right he is more childish than almost anyone I have ever seen. I can honestly say he has done Rodent Pro a favor by not dealing with them anymore... They I am sure can afford to lose bad customers who cannot tell the difference between a barely over 100 dollar order from a 200-300 dollar order !!! I am quite sure they are well rid of you....This just goes to show being older does not necessarily mean you are smarter !!! Maybe if we ignore him he will go away
 
I love rodentpro!!!

I have a relatiely small collection of snakes (compared to some of you guys out there... okay, a lot of you guys out there) and have just 14 snakes. I order 3-6 months of food at a time, and it's usually somewhere between $200-300 depending on the size of feeders I need at the time. Never have I had more than one box have to be shipped - everything fits in the single box. They have never once sent me an incorrect order. I live in Anchorage Alaska - probably one of the farthest away locations that they ship to. All of my orders for the last 5 years have arrived either on the day that they've told me that they were going to arrive or A DAY EARLY in several instances! I have never gotten rodents that had been thawed at any point. Each time there was still dry ice in the box still subliminating. I love rodentpro. I won't even think about changing companies unless the business starts to crash or they decide to quit the business. I honestly have a hard time beliving that someone living closer, with the same size orders I place, has had such different experiences than I have had.

Plus, every time they've been out of something I was about to order they've had it posted on their website - and it wouldn't let me order something they were out of. They even post the next date that prey will be available! What kind of service is that? Then I just go back on the date they post and place my order then.

If they collude about this, I ask you what recourse do you think YOU would have if you bought a het or something else from one of them and it turned out to be a rip off? THey would call you the liar too, and then back each other up....

I think its funny you have these wanna-be Ball Tycoons on here, all bent out of shape cause they paid 3k for the Spider, 2k for the Yellow belly, the Mojave...and now they are freaking out...and lashing out at anyone who is not in lock-step with them

I explained my negative experience with Rodent Pro, I even produced one of the invoices when I was repeatedly called a liar. It ( relating my two out of two bad experiences w/ Rodent Pro) was just a small vent that had sat under my skin for the last few months and I wanted to unload the bad vibe. Now I am going to repost the story every time I am attacked for speaking my mind.

Dude , your hitting at 10 Micky D's short of a happy meal. Put the crack pipe down , walk slowly backwards, stop beating your head on the floor , open the front door ..... slowly now , meet Mr Reality. I know he's scary and all that but he is a fact life you'll need to get used to.

Alan, you say you complain through your wallet, yet, I bet your wallet would be much happier if you just took the time to contact RP and let them know, "hey, my order is wrong." Just throwing away 40 XXlarge rats just like that is just a waste... but hey, it's not my money you're wasting.. so obviously you're able to afford to lose such money. but yet you moan and complain about 2 transactions that went down with RodentPro. You post a picture of an order... with no information other than what was ordered. No tracking numbers, no ship dates.. nothing. So how is that suppose to validate your information/story? Post something to back your story up with..ie Orders with First, Last Name, City & State. Invoice Number, Tracking, Ship Date. We dont care about your credit card information or street Address.

Oh btw, learn some math.. an order that $158 does not equal $200-$300 whatsoever...

Oh and how do you know that dry ice wasnt packed in the box? Normally when dry ice "melts" it actually evaporates. Secondly, the issue with the 2nd package being late is NOT RODENT PRO'S FAULT. The fault lies with the carrier, Einstien.. so why are you blaming them for something they had no control over? Wow dude.. step off the short bus already.

The broken record posts are getting quite annoying. Having to read the same thing over and over again.. well lets just say I'd be surprised if anyone actually sat and read through the same cryass story 6 or 7 times.

anywho.. you should seriously concidering on shutting up at this point.

To do business, claim an order was wrong, but to not bother contacting the company?

Ridiculous. If you treat your money that way, to throw away overly large rats without contacting the company, it's YOUR FAULT.

Let's face it, people make mistakes. I have had incorrect orders for many different types of products, from many different companies. A quick call (or email, even, in some cases) was enough to get the order corrected with MANY APOLOGIES from the selling company.

Humans are filling your order. Do you NEVER make mistakes? Really? I somehow doubt it.

To then say "well the facts are the facts"... The only fact is that RodentPro may have messed up your order. They did NOT rip you off, because you didn't notify them of the problem when you received the order.

Hell, I'm not that happy with my last order from RodentPro because the rats had urine and bedding on them. But the order was correct and frozen when it arrived. The fact that the rats were dirtier than I would like may cause me to take my business elsewhere without contacting them about it, but I didn't contact them because the product was in good order otherwise.

If I had received the wrong size or wrong amount, though, you bet your butt I'd be on the phone immediately. It doesn't matter the amount. IF YOU DON'T SPEAK UP about a problem, DON'T COMPLAIN.

That's like having a whiny worker always complaining to their coworkers about how terrible the workplace is, but never mentioning it to managers or trying to DO something about it. I would say to a person like that: If you don't like your job and won't speak up about what's bothering you, GO FIND A NEW JOB.

Some people just like to have a reason to gripe. If you don't take action to protect YOURSELF, you'll ALWAYS have a reason to complain.

It is the CONSUMER's responsibility to notify the SELLER if an order is INCORRECT. Sellers do not have mental telepathy.
 
Lauren, you're assuming his story is even partially truthful. He's lied from the get go. Just ignore him.
