I was dealing with Chris A on this animal back in late Jan. early Feb. I didn't receive her untill about March 20-23. I was sure by close examination of pics from his fauna classified listing as well as photos from another site that he had listed this snake on that it is the same snake. It was listed on the other site at about mid Jan. The delay in shipping was because I live in Minneapolis and the weather did not allow for shipping until later. I checked my copy of the genetic document that was sent with this snake and it says that it was produced by a Mike M. (leaving last name off so as not to drag other uninvolved people into this, if anyone knows of breeders that might be a Mike M. that I should worry about, please PM me).

Thank you all for your input. The overall experiance I had with this transaction was really very good. Chris was good about returning my e-mails and my calls. Crystal passed on all my messages and was very helpful. I did find out that there was a problem with Chris ordering an animal from a breeder and not making payment, or having the payment bounce or something like that. But as I understood it that all got squared away, and everyone was happy.

So when I saw this thread I got just a little concerned and thought I would inquire a bit further. Thank you al again and I hope to start contributing to the forum a little more soon.

While i dont have time to respond at the moment, i will give a few quick comments. It is very true that i have made many mistakes in the past, i have made some dumb decisions, and yes have had some serious troubles in keeping my finances in order. All these problems are of my own accord and are my own fault. I understand where everyone is coming from with there coments and additions to this thread. I screwed up, seriously, and its going to be made right. I spoke with Gib (Chris Gibson) on Monday night. I will be sending him ALL of my animals. So he can send them out to the people they belong to.I will also be sending him the T-stat for micheal (If you could send that to micheal, chris, i'd appreciate it) I dont care that anyone returns me the money's they tried to take back from paypal. Leave all of your disputes open and the refunds they want to give you. Once im able to actually get some cash into my account it will be divied where it belongs. I have run into some seriously bad luck and occurences. I must be out of my home either tonight or tomorrow. Depending. The guy is being compassionate with the way the weather has been the past few day and may give us a few more days, but not many. Chris Gibson sent me the money for shipping yesterday. I havent received a letter or package today that i know of but once i get back to the house i will check again. If the guy gives us the weekend, i will be sending the animals to chris monday for tuesday delivery. From what i was told the weekend should be fine for us to stay.

I want to extend my deepest apologies to everyone i wronged and want to express that in NO way was it intentional. When the crap hits the fan with my luck, its usually an industrial sized fan and a truckload of horse maneur. And mostly its most likely from my crappy decision making skills. I dont believe this makes me a bad guy, just a screw up. After this incident i will most likely NOT be involved in breeding/selling reptiles again in the future, ever.I just seem to continue to make irresponsible decisions. This is my new phone number, im posting it so that everyone can give me a call that i owe animals/equipment to, i will explain in better details then. 443-528-5052. Please, dont call me to flame me, call for details about our transaction and the details of my lack of communication.

I lost my cable (Phone, Internet, TV) on Jan 1st, i also no longer had any minutes on my Boost cell phone so i was not able to make phone calls. Also, my document organization is usually screwed too, so i had forgotten to jot down numbers and addresses. Just know though, that everyone will receive the animals or equipment they paid for from me. If you want nothing more to do with me, i completely understand.

This is all the time i have for now. Chris i didnt see the package at my door this afternoon. My mail is usually delivered between 3:30 and 4pm i have not been home for the last 4 hours while running errands. I will check the mail box when i get home and call you to let you know whats going on.

Again im sorry to everyone who i've done wrong, i just hope you can forgive me in the future.

Chris, i really dont know what to say? theres two sides to me. one that wants to see that this goes through, and all is well and one that truly feels bad for the crap you have been dealing with, and another side that is skeptical.. I honestly dont know how to think just yet... I am certainly glad to see A post from you... and i truly can understand that sort of situation...i guess well wait and see then?

That's exactly what I was thinking, Alicia. As soon as the T Stat arrives I will close the PayPal claim and notify my bank that the transaction was completed. That way they can close their investigation as well and we can put this behind us.

Gib, I appreciate all your help in this matter and if there is anything I can do to help you out let me know.

Chris, if it was a matter of not having the funds to ship, I would have gladly set up the shipping from my end on my account. A simple collect phone call from a pay phone would have put this issue to bed ages ago. I'm just going to simply write this off as, you lost my number and had no way to reach me. It's unfortunate that things played out the way they did. It was just really hard to know what was going on because it appeared as if you fell of the face of the earth.

Chris, I hope you get back on your feet and pull your family back together soon.

Hello everyone, I just wanted to let everyone know that I sent all of my animals and some equipment (including Micheals T stat) to Chris Gibson on Monday, he received them all on Tuesday. Those of you who i owe animals to will receive them as soon as Chris has the opportunity. Again i'd like to apologize to everyone, things have just been so hectic im lucky i remember to breathe sometimes. It will most likely be a long time before i get back into the herp industry, if ever again. Im sure there are alot of you out there who think the industry would be better off if i stayed away altogether. Well in my opinion, im not a scammer, im not a fraud and im not like half of the low life scum you see on this BOI on a regular basis. Just a screw up every now and then. Unfortunately. Im just glad i was able to get in touch with Chris when i did otherwise everything could've been alot worse. Thanks again Chris for your help in this whole situation. To those of you who where my close friends on fauna, im sorry i betrayed your trust and i hope you can forgive me sometime in the future. If not its completely understandable. If so, i'll do everything i can to make it up to you!

Chris, i want to thank you at the end of everything, and now seeing everything you have gone through, and still are. and truly understand that..... Crap Happens, and when it does... its not always at the best of times...

I did get the two animals i purchased from him( the 100% het Pied, and 100% het Ghost) , and they are in excellent health!

Chris ended up sending the animals to Gib, who then sent them to me just monday ( i got them today, because fedex realllly messed up... ill go on about that in another thread though at some point)

I took the paypal claims away, and will send the .59 cents back to chris that i got from when paypal refunded that small amount of money. ( noone else owes me their few cents by the way.... LOL KEEP IT! )

So in the end, on my part, things have been settled and made right!

I have over 4,000 pics to crop, edit, and price before Wednesday and then send the pics and price quotes to over 1,400 clients in 14 different countries. you know anyone who id good with photo editing and data entry who would be interested in a work from home job? I pay well. I have a 14 yr. old girl who I pay close to $80,000 a year and her dad almost 150,000 per year. I will be headed down your way in a few weeks for a project at the San Diego zoo, then to Santa Barbara (Robert Zemekis, the director, is one of my clients), then back to Los Angeles to pick an animal up through international customs, which should be fun cause she is the shit throwing lowland gorilla from the SF zoo that was lent to LA's zoo for breeding purposes. SO maybe then we could meet for a friendly cup of coffee, or you and your daughter are more than welcome to come to a friend's house where I will be cooking for around 20 people and a few of my favorite kids in the world.(Did I mention that after I graduated from Berkeley I spent a year at The Cordon Bleu culinary academy in Napa where my rental property is) so I love to cook. I will try and find you some better pics of me sometime over the next week. I do have some good ones that are around 2 years old when I was modeling for Ocean Pacific and Speedo along with the rest of the 1998 swim team from UC Berkeley. I know, guy models are totally gay, but it was for a charity calendar we do every year or so. Well I hope we get to meet sometime soon as I still cannot figure out how someone as cool, laid back, attractive, with a gorgeous daughter, can possibly be single. well first off let me say nice job on trying to make things right chris. i do not know you myself but i actually read every post on this situation and it seems alot of people liked and had alot of good things to say about you before the bad luck incedent happened and that i think alot will forgive you. we all make stupud mistakes and decisions,we are only human and to see a person to lose everything and still come back and work on getting things made right only says good things to me about you. financial problems are going to be hurting alot of people in the future if things doesnt turn around but hopefully they will see and learn by the mistakes you made. i myself WOULD still purchase animals from you if you do ever get back into it and have something i want because i DO believe in giving a person a second chance and i think alot of others on here would also just from seeing you are making things right by this situation. and as for the ones that say they were your friends i see it this way ( A FRIEND IS NOT SOMETHING YOU THROW AWAY LIKE A PAPER TOWEL JUST BECAUSE HE/SHE MADE A BAD DECISION OR JUDGEMENT WHEN HES DOWN AND OUT AND MAKES A MISTAKE )
